Not a bad place to get your car fixed at, if you live and or work in this area. I have to get my car serviced again for a repair that they repaired however since all will be taken care of. I have no problems with this place and ask that anyone using their services, just be informed on what you need done and check your repairs before leaving their location.

I worked with Mary as my service advisor. She was really understanding/supportive, knowledgeable, and communicative-always keeping me informed at each step of the process. This was my first accident with significant damage and she made the whole process as painless as possible. They worked with my insurance and Enterprise to submit all paperwork and process my claim- I was even able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I have had mixed feelings about Caliber. I was rear ended and had a no fault claim against Travelers Insurance. I think the process could have been a little bit smoother with less hassle. But I do believe that Caliber deserves recognition for the work that their technicians do to bring vehicles back from a damaged state. The vehicle looks new and seems to be operating in its precrash condition. I give them 5 stars for their paint work. If you have a vehicle damaged, just be aware that these new vehicles have alot of tech in them and it may take some time to work out the issues. Overall, Caliber will do their best to deliver within the confines of insurance directives.

My vehicle was hit from behind (minor bumper damage). Caliber wasn’t my first choice due to a different shop (Z) was closer to my work but I called and they never picked up the phone or confirmed online appointment (via insurance company) so I took it to Caliber. They picked up the phone right away during the holidays and had my vehicle fixed within a few days of getting it and cleaned it up like it was brand new inside and out. They kept me informed during the process and even called the rental company to pick me up. I would recommend them for body work

DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY: October 2025 is was in an accident and took my car in for repairs on left side of my car. the insurance company of the guy that hit me covered the repairs. (I should have know by the last Caliber Collision I used I would have problems). When the repairs were completed I found damage done by the repair company. The weather stripping was bent and replaced though it’s not seated correctly. The tinting was damaged, four windows on the left side were also scratched up, driver’s side mirror was scratched up-(they’ve replaced it). It is now 1/21/26 and I still have not had my windows replaced and re-tinted. I have sent several emails and made several calls to Mary McComas with no resolution. I keep getting excuses after excuses as to why my car windows and tinting haven’t been done. “The windows are on back order, one has a chip and needs to be reordered”. None of the windows should be changed to me because it was their technician that messed them up. I am at a loss as to what to do at this point. I know for a fact it does not take 3 months or more to get window replaced and tinted for a vehicle.
