If I could give it zero stars I would give it bad service in the purchase of parts. I bought some parts for my car and they were not what I needed. I went to return the parts with the receipt and their original bag and they said they could not accept it again. Very bad service. I do not recommend buying parts with them since they look for excuses to not reimburse the parts.

I purchased a pre-owned car with 92k miles at this dealership and am very happy with the purchase. The price was competitive based on the specs, and the dealership listed the carfax and number of previous owners for the car, so that the history was clear. I worked with Mark Lawson over multiple visits. He showed me all cars on my list, which I had seen online. I had to go after work, close to closing, and I never felt rushed. After hail damage to two of our vehicles in mid March we scheduled appointments for both to be repaired at the Frederick Motor Company Body shop. We took each car in for them to evaluate before scheduling the repairs so they could assess what needed to be done. Car 1 (2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee) came back mostly okay - we were told to plan for a week for repairs, but it took 2 weeks and they did poke a hole in the interior headliner near the tailgate. They did offer to replace the headliner, but I was concerned about what else could go wrong and let it go. Car 2 (2019 Ford F150) was a nightmare. We were also told to plan for a week for repairs. After car 1 took 2 weeks we expected longer, but this one took 3 weeks. We picked it up after 3 weeks and got home to find several large dents still in the hood and the roof of the cab had so many dents it looked like it hadn't been touched at all. I called and spoke with the manager and we immediately took the truck back. He was kind and understanding and promised to get it fixed properly. We offered to schedule an appointment at another time as long as it was fixed and stressed that having it fixed properly was more important than getting it done quickly. He insisted they would push it to the front of the line and had time to handle it immediately. They have it for another week. We pick it up and get home to find the hood is still not properly fixed - you can see several large circles where they sanded down, repainted and it was crazed. The paint match was slightly off as the whole hood was painted but looked glittery more than the factory black paint. The roof looks mostly okay though there is some crazed paint patches. So I called and spoke with the manager again and he was again kind and understanding, expressed frustration and said they would just replace the hood. The estimate to wait was about a week and a half and once it came in/was ready and that it would take about 20-30 minutes to swap the hoods. In reality, it took another 2.5 weeks for the new hood to be in and ready and 1 hr and 20 minutes for them to replace it. It took 7 weeks (May 27-July 15) and 3 attempts for them to fix the Ford vehicle. The manager seems to be doing the best he can but I highly recommend choosing another body shop for repairs, even for a Ford vehicle. To top it all off I received an updated claim estimate from my insurance company and it looks like they are charging my insurance company to fix their repair mistakes. Incredibly unprofessional.

2ND UPDATE: I just traded both my 2020 SEL 2.0L 4Cyl and this 2023 ST Select for an all electric, sport electric, suv, all black, rear wheel RWD, today This place is excellent! 1ST UPDATE: I bought a Silver 2023 Escape ST Select Performance Ed in April 2024. ORIGINAL POST: They have Master Certified techs and techs in training. They were courteous and prompt when called to setup my 2020 Escape's very first Service Appointment. I noticed without much thought, as making a Service Appointment is normally a pretty mundane transaction. I went over to their Ford/Subaru (& more) Parts Dept and they took care of me very well, too! They sold me on all new Weathertech floor liners, all the way around, side window deflectors, and a Ford trunk organizer with cooler. Someone (named John) is doing a REALLY GOOD job in the Parts Dept, huh!?! I'm about to get my car back and was already told that Ford will be getting me a new headlamp free under warranty due to condensation inside. All I did was mention it to the Service Rep (Bill) when I came in for my 7500mi Oil Change, etc. This is my domain (Service Parts) and short of removing it, I could not find where moisture was getting in. So, good on Ford and the crew here.
