Rice tire is the greatest for many reasons. let's start with the employees, they are very knowledgeable and respectful to all who enter the store. I have been working with them for the last 30 years and have even brought my own tires into their store and asked for advise. When I needed special tires fast and no one around Frederick could help, Rice tire to the rescue! Not only did they come up with these tires the same day but called me and said I could bring my car back that afternoon and they would take care of it. I can’t recommend Rice tire enough, they saved my day yesterday. I found a large screw in my tire, I called them at 4:30 (half hour before closing) and they were able to see me 10 minutes later and fixed my tire without having to replace it. We’ve used them numerous times and they are always helpful and efficient.

Their mechanics are not reliable any longer. I had my truck worked on several years ago and the mechanic that was there was very good. Since moving on, their replacement is worthless. The last 2 visits there have been a huge waste of time. Maybe their tire side is still ok. I hate to give this company a bad review but currently, they have a lot of internal work to figure out. I've been a customer for at least 15 years and I'm not planning to return.

Bit of an emergency brought us to one of the nicest places. We were supposed to take off on our big RV adventure when we discovered a tire not holding pressure. Called several places and finally found Rice Tire, who said c'mon in!! They were very prompt at looking at our RV and finding a solution. Prices were extremely reasonable. They even let our dog hang out in their lobby while we waited for the repairs.

I went to this location to replace all of my tires, the customer service was one of the best I’ve experienced at a car place like this. I ended up coming late before close because of work and everyone was still super friendly. I even got dropped off for my friend to park and one of the employees thought they dropped me off from inside and offered to take me around the building to the other department so I wouldn’t have to walk. Then at the end my card was having issues and the man that worked with me was super patient and the other that walked over to help us out. It’s been a while back so I hate that I can’t remember names but everyone was so cool. I will be driving back to be serviced even though there are other places closer by me just based off my experience. Thank you guys! ❤️
