I was told I needed new tires on my Convertible Mini Cooper, by a tire store in Frederick, Md. One day as I was putting the top up on my convertible, the plastic cover just fell off of and left all of the instrumentation exposed. I called my body shop to see if they could fix it, but they informed me that they could not and suggested I go next-door to Churchhill Auto Care. I called them and they made room for me immediately. The part to replace the cover over the instrumentation panel would have cost me $700 not including the repair costs. However, there was a young man there who specialized in Mini Coopers and he repaired the plastic cover at very little cost to me. Back to the tires, when I was there, I realize that they did multiple things. I asked Brandy if they could take a look at my tires. Immediately a young man began to look up different kinds of tires for my particular Mini Cooper. Then he went outside and took a look at the Mini Cooper tires, because I had bought the car used, but it only had 20,000 miles on it. It didn’t seem that that average 60,000 miles for tires was anywhere near being reached. Apparently, the dealer in Virginia, where I bought my car had switched the tires before they sold it to me. The thread was thin on two of the tires, but not bad at all on the other two. Sadly, the mechanics I had been going to had put the two bad tires on the same side of the car. Although I had paid for having my tires balanced, apparently they don’t realize that the car is front wheel drive and that the good tires should always be on the front of the car. Instead of having to buy four tires like the tire store guy had told me I needed. Churchhill told me I only needed two tires and they should both go on the front of the car. Instead of paying nearly $1300 for all new tires at the tire store, I only paid $600 at Churchhill for two tires. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate having an honest dealer to work with. They are my new go to place! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Frederick area!

We were at Frederick from New Jersey and we had a problem with our car and we had to leave that same day.We searched on Google for mechanic shops and saw Churchill and we got our car there and our issues were addressed promptly once they realized we were out of state and even more pleasing is that the car was fixed for free and they were very pleasant as well. WOW! 5 stars is not enough for this review. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a place to service my car. It is not often discussed, but finding a good and reliable place to take your car in is extremely important, and has been a big concern for me. My visit today has surpassed all of my expectations and I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer. My second time servicing my car in this location and I like it. First was my 4 runner and weeks later brought my camry. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. They don't try to oversell you things you don't need. They are straight to the point and do exactly what you want on your vehicle. They might recommend some things that needs service and the decision is entirely yours to make. professionals. Their waiting area is superb. Very comfortable couches along with coffee ☕️ cookie breakfast 😋. The bathroom is clean and spacious.

I have been going to Churchill since I moved to Frederick, roughly about four years ago, I was always really happy with them, but it seems like something has definitely changed in the last couple of months there, the service is not what it used to be. I brought my car back in again, but this time it was because it was overheating. They said it was the radiator hose again that I had just fixed a couple months prior so they fixed that under warranty got it back home and it overheated again this time. It was supposedly the cooling fan paid and replaced that, went back to work and broke down again, Mind you I paid the bill for the tow to get it back to the shop, even though it was not my fault, this time They thought it was the water outlet, they fixed that, after all of that, I once again broke down the very next morning when I was trying to work again, This time they did the whole entire radiator fan and assembly. Also the transmission cooler lines, It should not take that many times to diagnose a problem. Not to mention now, I’m questioning how all those things supposedly went bad at once, I have pretty much been without my car for almost a whole month now. And still don’t know if it’s working properly because another bill surfaced that apparently was not paid and my car is being held until a payment is made for that. I also asked for a picture showing the new transmission cooler lines in because this just seems like a lot of things being put in New to fix one problem, the picture I received Did not actually show the transmission cooler lines it was in the general vicinity of it, so don’t understand why I couldn’t get an actual picture of the work that I paid for, also during this time on two separate occasions, I was quoted prices and when I went to go pay, they were $100 extra each two times, Needless to say my experience in the last month has been horrible, whenever I do get my car back I definitely will not be coming back!!

Ollie the office dog super friendly be careful when you pet him he'll lean into you and he's muscular heavy dog but super nice. I'm taking my car back there for any maintenance work excellent place. Have brought my EV here several times. Took my car in for a tire rotation at a good price, and was also just a walk in. They recommended parts that severely improved my car’s ride after they noticed I hadn’t installed part of my aftermarket modification. I went to the dealer, to Mr Tire, to Walmart, to Discount Tire, to NTB, and no one could figure it out. They figured it out without me even asking about it. Super easy fix too!! I needed an auto shop to complete an inspection on my van that was honest and reliable. Churchill Auto Care was that and more. From start to finish they treated me like family. My van had an issued that required immediate action to pass inspection. Noah explained everything in terms I could understand. The price for labor and the part was very reasonable. He was able to order the part and have the mechanic install it within hours. Yay! Now my van has passed inspection and I know it is safe for the next person.
