Less than a week after I bought a state inspected car from Frederick Auto Care, the check engine light came on. Bubak stated they were only responsible for the work they did on the car. The code was for catalytic converter. Less than a hundred miles later, the engine completely failed. Bubak again told me he was not responsible, and threatened to sue me if I posted an honest review. I would never do any sort of business with Bubak or Frederick Auto care again.

I got a flat tire while driving on route 15, so I pulled over to contemplate calling a tow truck. I looked around and saw that I was right in front of this establishment so I went over and a very nice young man named Nick came out to my car and offered to put my spare tire on for me. Finally! Professional service at very reasonable prices. The team is amazing! The owner Babak took great care of me, very polite and accommodating. The technician Daniel is the man! His attention to detail set him far apart from anyone I have serviced with before. He found faults left by much more expensive shops, showed them to me and fixed them on the spot. He double checked his work and drove with me to make sure everything was running correctly. I will only be servicing with these guys from now on. And you should too!

Phenomenal experience! I took my car in for a front axle brake and rotor change. Not only did Nick and his partner do a great job, but they did it in a great timely manner. It literally only took them 30 minutes, where as the dealership and other repair shops told me that the job would take at least 2 hours. The price they charged to get the job done was also better than 90% of the other places I price quoted. They even updated me throughout the process of how everything was going. I just felt like they genuinely cared about providing great customer service and satisfaction. I would definitely do business with them again, as well as refer more customer to them.

Can't say enough about the guys at Frederick Auto Care. Got two flat tires on my camper about a mile north. I limped down to them. They jacked the camper up pulled the tires. Left the camper in their lot while I took the tires to get repaired. They put the new ones back on the RV for me. Charged me a very reasonable fee for their help. If you are in the area, give these guys some business.
