I needed the tires I bought online at Amazon to be put on my car. The old tires were bad. I called Center City Tire to see how much per tire. 15.00. The fit me in and even stayed after 5:00 PM. To get the job done. I would definitely go back to have tires put on my other car

Ben and his team are true experts who know what they are doing! They know cars, care about cars, work hard, figure it out - really talented, caring and great customer service! A much superior experience to going to the dealer in every way I was looking for - when I wished I had a "car guy" I could go to, instead of feeling like the dealers were just a take-my-money-machine. I was also really impressed with how Ben solved several mysteries the dealers were unable to - he has a MacGuyver-type mind that really figures it out!

This is a great shop. It’s the first time my 2002 Jeep Wrangler didn’t require anything for an inspection. These guys report all services to Carfax, so I’ll be bringing my 2016 4runner here for scheduled maintenance. They quoted far better pricing than I get at Toyota and quote better products than Toyota OEM rotors. It’s not easy to find a good honest shop that’s doesn’t try to nickel and dime their customers.

I came in there today and met with the supervisor. His name was Ronnie. I told him my predicament. I just recently had my brakes replaced and tires rotated. I was concerned about my truck so since I work at Detrick, I went to the closest auto shop. I told him that it feels like something is loose (maybe even the tire itself) and I just wanted to make sure that I was going to make it home safe. If he wasn't too busy and didnt mind, just having someone take 2 minutes to look at it. You know, just a kind gesture. Ronnie was walking to my truck to take a look (he looked annoyed) and when I told him that my husband did my brakes, he stopped in his tracks and walked back inside. He proceeded to open the shop door and tell the guys, "I'm not dealing with this. Her husband works on her truck." So I was just going to leave because I felt uncomfortable but thank God a worker there named David actually cared. He came out and took a look at it for me and told me everything looked secure from what he could see and to drive safe. I made it home safely and found that it was just a minor issue but I'm glad that David was a nice enough man to look out for a stranger's well being. I can't say the same for your so-called supervisor. All he cares about is that he isn't getting my money. My husband can only change my oil and do simple tasks like brake changes and so forth, so I would love to have a local shop to Detrick. I understand that it's not his job to look out for a stranger like that, but to purposely not look to see if my tire was loose just because he thought that he would never get my business, is a shame. He makes your company look bad even though you have some great workers there. Even though I do not recommend this shop because of the supervisor, if you do take your vehicle here, I recommend having David work on your vehicle. He is very knowledgeable, professional and cares for the well being of people.

Finally found a shop close to Fort Derrick (literally down the road) with an in ground alignment rack. Made my appointment early and they had me in and had the car finished within the hour. I recommend anyone with a lowered car, to go here in Frederick. I plan to go back for any of my tire/alignment needs. Thanks again!

Awesome service! I got a flat tire late Thursday afternoon and needed a new tire asap. I called a few places including Costco who said it would take 5-10 days to get the tire. That evening I looked on the internet for reviews and chose Center City- and am very glad I did! I showed up there at 7:30 AM driving on a donut, and in 90 minutes I was back on the road with 4 new tires - at a really great price. Continental had a promotional discount, and Center City includes free repair, and free 5,000 mile rotations. I was very pleased, and recommend them without hesitation.

I picked up a nail on the highway and just happen to exit on the road this tire shop was on. Unfortunately this tire could not be repaired and they didn't have a replacement in 245/40/17x9. They did call a couple shops nearby and found one a short drive away. While I didn't buy a tire from these guys I would because the service was helpful and the place was clean.

I took a set of MT drag radials in to have them balanced, because my car had a really bad shake to it. I called and spoke with Ronnie in the morning and I told him what was going on, and he told me to bring the tires in. And within minutes of arriving at his shop, he had Dave from the back come up and get my tires on the balancer. After about 10 minutes I was all set. Now this is what I call good service from a great company. BTW-my car rides smooth now and I couldn’t be any happier. Thank a lot Ronnie/Dave, you guys are great!!

These guys are the place to take your vehicle to. I had a transmission installed somewhere else and they caused severe damage to my vehicle. Ronnie not only called me and sent pictures and kept me posted on everything but also invited me to look at the damage in person and explained in detail. Not to mention the price was more than fair. If you want to take your vehicle somewhere you can trust this is the place all the guys working here are good to talk to and older experienced mechanics.
