They take great care of my Ru! Service department is great and service desk staff are knowledgeable and caring. I really enjoy my Outback! Comfortable seats front and back. Excellent gas mileage and the cruze control is the best and with safety features. My first Subaru was a 1991 Legacy and Subaru has been my choice ever since.

Streamlined service from booking to appointment reminders to checkout. The waiting room is spacious with comfortable well spaced sofas, side tables, magazines to read and a modern coffee machine. Many times I have been surprised with a clean wiped dashboard and interior space ready for me steps away from the checkout counter door. I enjoy my 6 mo routine checkup here!

They took care of everything. Squared up all my services with my warranty. I dropped my car off earlier than my appointment time because I was concerned the car might not make it there if I waited until after work. I told them to just work on it at the time I had previously scheduled, but they completed all the work earlier that day anyway. Very happy with Theresa.

Super unhelpful dealership. The service advisors here need to work on their social skills cause the vibes here are sad.. Came in to do over $1k in maintenance. Told them I was trying everything I can do have the car driving to pass 500k miles, as there was even an ad on their TV stating how many % of owners still own theirs after 300k.. I wanted to use the time to ask questions about what types of services keep in mind in the future. I got a lot of brushing off like “oh it looks fine” or “you never got it services here before so we won’t know”. Would it be too much to ask based on your professional experience. Surely, you’ve seen more than one 2020 Subaru Forrester in your line of work. I even had to ask how my spark plug is he goes “oh yeah, you do need to replace that” These people are so unhelpful. The whole staff looks like they’re just walking around with their mouths opened. Seems like they just wanted to take my money and hope I would come in more for servicing. The awkward vibes are here enough for me to never come back and interact with these people again

I didn’t have the greatest first experience largely due to wait time, but my next experience was great! I believe the name was Matthew (the manager) who checked in and made sure it was a great experience- quick and thorough and gave me new windshield wipers as a bonus. They also gave a certificate for car wash since they don’t have one. Thank you!

I own a 2024 Subaru outback. On Monday evening, my steering wheel became locked. Nothing I did worked. I googled the issue and did what YouTube told me to do to no avail. I called my original dealer and followed the steps they gave me to unlock the wheel, no dice. I was told I'd have to get it towed to the nearest dealership for service as it could be an electrical issue, but I had a strong hunch it wasn't an electrical issue. As a last Hail Mary, I called Frederick Subaru for help. The heavens in the cellular towers opened and I was patched through to Michael at the service department. He troubleshooted the issue over the phone, and together we were able to get my stupid steering wheel to unlock. Michael rocks. 5 stars for Michael and his team. Also-Subaru engineers: if you are reading this-please address what appears to be a fairly common steering wheel locking issue. It's a terrible safety feature. No one likes it. It's not cute. It's gotta go. Anyway, thanks Michael and Frederick Subaru!
