Elner is wonderful to work with. My first experience with him was through my auto insurance company and when he was done, it was if i never had a dent! the second experience was just as great. He was able to come and give me a very reasonable quote and perform the removal the same day. Elner even was able to touch up a chip where one dent occurred. I will definitely use him again if I ever need to have a dent removed.

I was referred to Elner by Kreitz Auto in Frederick, Maryland, who contracts with Elner to do all of their dent repair work for their large Auto Sales and Repair business. The day I called Elner, he promptly answered the phone and suggested a number of days that he could travel to my office or home to estimate the cost to fix two, somewhat large door dings/dents on my new Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium (one was the size of a quarter and it was a large deep door ding mid-way up the passenger door panel and the other was approximately the size of 1/2 of a golf ball deep and it was directly on the lower door crease that makes the car look sleek). I was busy on the days that Elner could come to my home/office, so he told me he would be fixing dents at the Hyundai Dealership in Frederick, MD, where he has a full day-long contract with the Dealer to provide paintless dent repair for their dealership clients. When I met him at 9:30am, he was working on several cars with a co-worker and he immediately estimated the cost and said he could complete the work in an approximately one hour if I wanted to wait. This was amazing service and he had it completed by 10:30am with no trace of the two dents. The cost was 1/2 what two other large Dealerships paint/repair shops had estimated! I highly recommend BGS Paintless Dent Repair and Elner to anyone considering dentless repair and know that you can trust his workmanship, due to the fact that several major Auto Dealerships contract with he and his company, for a full days work on a weekly basis. His craftmanship is Dealership Quality and their what valued clientele expect. I am a true believer and have recommended several family members since he did the quality dent repair on my new car and the repairs made it look just like new. Kudos and thanks Elner!

My auto had a couple of door dings and a dent about 9" X 4" above a wheel well. I like to DIY so I thought about trying paintless dent removal myself. After viewing multiple videos on YouTube I decided not to chance it. In this instance I figure I would let a pro do the work. I called BGS Dent Repair. I am glad I did. Elner and son did an excellent job on my car. The dings and dent are gone. Those body areas look showroom new. The price was reasonable and the work was exceptional. I had a mishap over the weekend and a cornhole board fell against my car leaving a nice dent in the right rear quarter panel. I was referred to Elner and BGS by a local collision center, and he was highly recommended. Elner came to my house and performed the repair in less than 45 minutes. He was honest from the start stating he couldn’t get it back to 100% because of the location. He said it would be 95% returned to normal. The repair isn’t 100% but it’s extremely close. If a stranger walked up to my car, they would never know a dent was repaired in the that spot. He did a wonderful job. I appreciate Elner’s honesty and quality of work, and I would highly recommend him for paintless dent repairs.

Its not often in life that you meet a person who not only does excellent work at a fair price but who is also genuinely a good person. I found this person today. His name is Elner Martinez and he is the owner of BGS Dent Repair. He showed up on time and fixed my son's car to my satisfaction. This was a bad dent that was on a crease/flare that was also missing paint. Don't judge the picture by the mismatched color touchup paint, that was my decision to put something on there until I found the correct color. Very pleased with his work and glad to have met him.
