Excellent service, very customer service focused and friendly. I called inquiring about trailer tires and got all my questions answered and Butler ordered me up a new set of the proper replacements. I brought the wheels with the old tires to their shop and they had old ones off and new ones mounted and balanced within about 20 minutes! Pricing was great, too! They just got a new customer in me and my Dad and I'll be bringing them more of my business in the future for sure.

I’m been going to that place for long time and til today I was very disappointed when I asked them to install tpms sensors on my wheel.. while they removed the tires as labor process and make bad chips on each wheel! I know what my old chips looks like and they won’t admit that they did this terrible job damaging my wheels and say nothing.. Bad for business.. won’t recommend to go that tire shop again. Not honest people working there anymore..

I called Butler after Costco told me my tire had two nails in it and was out of warranty. They advised me to replace it because the one hole was too close to the sidewall and was against their policy to patch the tire. A replacement, that wasn’t in stock was $280.00 that had to be ordered. Butler told me to stop by and they were able to make the repair after waiting 30 minutes due to a customer in front of me. My repair was 20 minutes and $30.00. This shop is old school but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The owner made my repair. This is going to be my go to tire shop from now on.

Best tire service in town, my neighbor is a mechanic, and he highly recommended them for tires. They can handle all size tires, it's a family owned and operated business, if you have not been there before, when you see the big tire at the end of the road, that spells Butler's on it, just turn right and follow the paved driveway down until you arrive at the shop, I recommend talking to the lady at their air conditioned field office located between the 2 big bay doors. They took me in the same day and got me done the same day. That was a great, I brought my own tires, which I normally wouldn't do, but circumstances with this vehicle had me go that route this time. They still accommodated me. It's 130/h if you bring your own gear. It is all very fair for great quality workmanship.

Off the beaten path but easy to find. Convenient hours and reasonable rates. Replaced the tube and fluid in my rear farm tractor tire on time and for an excellent price. I will be back! Update 8 years later... Also replaced a front tractor tire and tube a few years ago. Today installed 255/40R21 tires on my new EV6 GT. Both jobs were done right the first time without a long wait and at very reasonable rates. Kudos!

Called this am to get a target but they told me just to bring it in. I got there which was 30 miles plus from my residence and the garage men were not that helpful except for the young man. They told me they did not have a tire that would fit and it would have to be ordered. Why didn't they ask me that morning so I didn't have to make a round trip of over 60 miles to get a tire put on? Would not reccomend. Very hard to get to and was not orderly and very disarrayed.

Don, his son and the team is the best! They know their stuff. I was looking to get my upgraded 21” wheels mounted with the new tires for a place and every other place had their own big agenda while Don simply welcomed me to get the job done. They have the right tools and the expertise. He’d take you in if there is room to help you out while other places push you away giving days or weeks away from the day you need help. Later I went back to get my tire pressure sensors installed and fix a tire puncher on another time. Excellent service every time. This is my new go to tire place now !
