Great service!! Had a flat tire on the worst weather day possible!! They repaired it immediately for me without hesitation! Had a wonderful conversation with the owner while tire was being fixed!! Thank goodness I was in the right place when my tire pressure alert went off!! Didn't know how I was going to get back to DC safely! Thank you Lord for this divine protection and service!! Thank you guys for making me feel safe in the midst of the storm!!

Best shop in town! Wes and his team are honest, professional, and always willing to work with my schedule to have car repair or service done. The first time I brought a car in, I told him I needed my front and rear brakes replaced. Wes looked at it and said that only the rear brakes needed to be replaced, the front had 10K miles left. He could have just replaced all the brakes but he is 100% trustworthy to do only the work that's needed. We also have him check out any used car we are thinking of buying. All of the ones he's checked for us have been good, solid cars. The one we did NOT have him check out turned out to be a really bad buy. Lesson learned. We won't take our cars anywhere else - and once you've been here, you won't either!

Since I tend to keep my cars for many years, it’s important to have trust with your service providers. I bring all of my cars to Reeds and will continue to do so happily. I told them exactly what problems I was experiencing and they ignored all of my input before convincing me I had a problem with my tire rods. They told me the car would run like new after they were done working on it. 1200 later and I had a car with loose lug nuts on my tires and I’m having to get my engine completely replaced. Had they listened to what I had to say and actually checked the things I was concerned about I’m sure more could have been done to save the engine. Very dissatisfied with every bit of their service and their inability to listen

Totally recommend this place. We had a flat tire and tried to drive to mr.tires, but we couldnt make it. Ended up at a gas station to try and find a plug to get us there and they didnt have anything. They recommended us to go across the street to the mechanics. We walked over there to find Jason working on a car. We told them what happened and he asked us to wait for Wesley since he was the only one there at the moment. They were both super helpful. They took the time to figure out how to help us and did it so quickly! Jason walked across the street to plug in our tire and then we were able to drive to them and they filled the rest up for us and even checked our other tires to make sure they were good! We felt so bad because they were so busy! But they stopped what they were doing to help us and it was the best! Thank you guys 😊

One of the mechanics, Wes, really helped me out in an emergency. Had a flat late in the day and all mechanics shops were closed. Spare was mostly flat too but he was kind enough to check it out and top it off so I could get home. Don't know if this will bring you any business but that's for being a decent human being.
