We had a car accident and were sent to this repair shop on insurance claim. They did not have enough workers to communicate with the customers. We were told that our vehicle would be ready on 12/24, so we called and called to get update, no response, they also said several times they would call and did not. We were without a vehicle and couldn’t even rent one the day before Christmas because of their lack of communication. Very dissatisfied and would never ever recommend this place. They did not even fix what they were supposed to and so our Car Insurance had to get involved again with the claim. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had to take my car here to repair a deep scratch. I saw this place was highly rated and worked with many insurance companies, so it was an easy decision to go with them. The customer service was great and they did a fantastic job — my car looks brand new! The entire experience from the initial inspection to the finished project was top notch. The entire staff was so friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. My red mustang is my baby so after it was vandalized my trust was not fully invested. Dave took his time to explain the entire process to me and answer my endless questions. I was completely in wholeheartedly, satisfied with the services of Collision repairs done to my Lincoln. I was impressed with the professionalism of this team. The work was done earlier than expected and met 100% satisfaction. I would’ve been even more happy if they had done an actual detail job inside, as I read in previous reviews, but it is what it is they did what the car went in for and I’m very pleased for that. Amazing, thorough, quality repairs by some amazing people! While I was in for my drop off, another customer was not too happy because their car was taking longer than they wanted, the young lady at the desk remained courteous, apologetic, friendly, and professional. The customer was in an obvious state of distress and directed it at her, she kept her cool and remained as sweet as pie! Kudos! As to my repairs? Excellent job! They even cleaned up the back of my car inside once the hatch was fixed! Amazing people! I don't think I would go anywhere else given a choice!

They did great work with car. Body work is never fun, they explained everything and their text platform provided frequent communication on status. They worked closely with the idiot's ( guy who hit me) insurance company and also with the car rental. I had some extra work done while their and prices were reasonable.

If it was possible to leave a zero stars rating I would. To all veterans, Blue Star Mother's, military personnel this is not the place for you. If a business has zero care and or concern for our active duty military members then they do not deserve our business!!! Not only did they keep my son's car for 4 weeks with the run around. When I called because now it was delayed for the second time and now on week 6 of them having the car. It was Nissans fault. Well this military mom was tired of her soldier walking around base in negative 30temps and cutting it close to his leave for Christmas. So I called Nissan Corp office. They looked into it and all the correct parts were sent per the order. The gent man even call the collision shop to see what the hold up was. They told him my son's car would be ready by Monday 5 days. My son calls they send him a text now its Thursday 8 days. The woman who answered the phone got rude and defensive and didn't understand why I was contacting them with questions. Well anyone who has worked on a base you have more than one job, and often don't have a set time when you get out. Also being 45 vs 22 I know the questions to ask. Grown man or not, military or civilian my child will always be my child and I will always have his back!! The question is why are you as a company not doing better?!?!

My issue is more with progressive. My claim was processed on 10/8. My car should have been done, end of November. Caliber had my car for 2 weeks and that's how long they booked it for. They finally gave my car back - due to no other means of transportation and it being pass the due date they gave. They made me sign the insurance papers for payment to release the car. But said they still needed to put on a few more things (door guards & AWD magnet), but I have yet to receive a call back to finish the work. Update: the shop gave me a call and are in the process of fixing the rest of my repair now. Nate handled all of the service and was very professional.

Caliber Collision fixed our car when someone rear-ended our Honda Odyssey. They got the part fast (luckily) and kept us updated with regular text updates that we could reply to. Their work was excellent - it looks brand new. The interior of the car was spotlessly clean. They were courteous and patient with our questions even when we came back because some of the tires were a bit low and they fixed that too. Highly recommended, thank you. It was a stressful time and they really came through.
