I took my 2013 Ford escape eco boost to toms August 2023 because my car had a coolant leak. I called Tom to make an appointment and tell him what was going on that the car was leaking coolant and because of the coolant leaking it was making the car overheat. I took it there instead of fixing the leak He fixes the thermostat that doesn't need to be fixed. Took it there the second time for the leak and he states that it's not leaking they drove around needless to say in order to know there's a leak you have to have the car sitting still. Now this is the third time that I've called him and hopefully we can get it in by tomorrow if it's not fixed possibly we will be going to small claims court. I will not allow someone to take advantage of me because I don't want to because I'm a woman and thinks he can milk me not happening.

I have been going to Tom's now for over 20 years. And I will be bringing my car's to his shop as long as I am around to do so. NEVER have I felt less than satisfied in his and his staff's work! I could not more highly recommend Tom and his business to anyone looking for honest and reliable service and repairs for their vehicles.

I dont really have that much experience with the place, but the guy seems nice. Anything he does, he takes a hundred an hour wich i think is a little bit expensive, but his store his price can't complain. Any way the guy i think you should have better ways of explaining to him that you need a part not from the system he have if you want to install a part after market he wont understand that you want to install adter market and he will start saying oh the system is not going to show the part you need and you say well do it on google search then he replies the system will show the original i dont really know just hard to take quastions thats the only flaw but nice guy and really respectfull

I have been coming to Toms for 10yrs now and they do an awesome job! Being a female some car shops try to get over on you well not Tom. If ain't broke he doesn't try to fix it or suggest that it needs to be fixed. He is very fair and honest and I will continue to keep coming here for as long as possible. Thanks Tom for being a trust worthy person and running a trust worthy car shop that does good business.

I use toms automotive because he is very fair. It doesn't take weeks to get an appointment with him. He doesn't fix things that aren't broken. He calls you to let you know an estimate before he fixes anything. He understands working with a budget and makes sure to communicate before he fixes anything not previously agreed upon. He is so honest and charges fair prices. I'm moving and highly doubt I will ever find a repair shop as honest as this one. One very satisfied customer here!!

Been going here for a few years. Great family owner business. Very reasonable prices. Knowledge staff. More importantly they actually care. My fan stopped working right before a snow storm. I would have had no heat and no way to defrost the windows. Very unsafe. They were booked and they helped me out and got me back on the road and home safe.

I believe this shop may have changed ownership and it is now owned by Chris, not Tom. So beware that older reviews may not be helpful. I brought my car in for inspection today. At first I was impressed. Chris was the only person working and was very busy, yet still performed the inspection quickly while I waited. I was hoping to leave a good review; however, I realized as I left and stopped for a couple errands that he damaged the button for my driver's side window. This window was operating perfectly fine before the inspection. There was actually a physical chip in the paint after pick up that was not there before and the manual all the way up does not work. I also have to try 3 times to get it to stay sealed. This happened consistently after the inspection and never once before. I hated to even have to call him to address this because I felt bad, but he completely denied responsibility. I nicely explained it was fine before and now is not - there is no way that was a coincidence. I was only asking to bring it back and have it fixed for me. He made it clear he would not accept responsibility for it. I will not return and hope others don't make the same mistake. What was supposed to be a check off my to do list is now a new addition to the list.

This shop is under new ownership and I have never been to a more honest mechanic. Fair pricing. I thought I needed so much work done to my car (a different shop quoted me over 2k) and bringing it to Chris he let me know what ACTUALLY needed to be done and it was no where near the 2k I was previously quoted. Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciated the honesty and fair pricing. I’ll be going here forever and sending all of my friends and family over to Chris as well!!!!

Got me in for an appointment fairly quickly. They did a great job on my vehicle. I needed my back brakes fixed, an oil change, inspection, and an emissions leak found and fixed. Price was reasonable.
