DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEPS HERE. We've been trying to get our inspection for 7 weeks. His machine refuses to read jeep computers. We've been waiting on "a guy from the state" to override his machine for 3 or 4 weeks. He never calls you with information, and he's never there when you call, and only sometimes if you stop by. And if he IS there, "he's gotta finish his game of pitch." This place is basically a junkyard hobby shop. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles, ESPECIALLY Jeeps, to a real garage. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Just plain wow! Pete and Ken are amazing. I have a Tesla Model 3, and Tesla repair has always been known to be a pain in the neck. Previously, before I ever met Pete, I had a huge scratch on my door and it took 6 months to get it fixed - just to give you some history. So, just recently, a lady ran a stop sign and smack right into my rear quarter panel on the driver's side. Ran right into a sensor - and everybody knows (at least those who own Teslas), that the quarter panels are the most expensive and most difficult to fix. Pete repaired the car fast - and I mean __super__ fast. The fact that he was willing to even work on my Tesla in the Syracuse area was a godsend. Excellent customer support, excellent quality, and professional service! If you have a Tesla and you're looking for a place to get your car looked at in the central New York area, this is the place to go!
