“I had a very disappointing experience with Caliper Collision, largely due to communication issues with an employee named Scarlett. From the start, Scarlett provided inconsistent information about my vehicle repair, leading to a lot of confusion and uncertainty. Each time I spoke with her, the details of my repair seemed to change — whether it was the estimated completion time, the parts needed, or even the cost involved. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like I couldn’t get a straightforward answer, which made it hard to trust that my car was in good hands. What added to the frustration was that Scarlett never seemed to have her story straight, and the lack of clear, honest communication made the whole process stressful and drawn-out. I would have appreciated transparency and consistency, as it would have shown that they respect their customers’ time and concerns. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to recommend Caliper Collision to others. I hope they address these issues and prioritize better training on communication and accountability to avoid this kind of experience for future customers.”

This was the worst experience ive ever had, in any sales transaction. They Are rude, mean, have no manners..and they are not professional. They also yelled at my mom, telling her he.was going to do what he wants with.my car. This response was out of line. My mom just wanted him to provide more details on the technicalities of this particular issue. Finally, to get the upper hand, he saw that we were leaving (obviously), and proceeded to tell us that he NOW REFUSED TO DO THE SERVICE ON MY CAR. NO EXAGGERATION, this happened, as written, and it all happened almost immediately. Nasty, nasty people

The staff at Caliber Collision were amazing. Kept me involved every step of the process, helped me pick up and return my rental & addressed and fixed every single scratch caused from my accident. This was definitely the smoothest process! My car went in April 12th and I got it back April 25, which I was not expecting! The quality of work is also 5 stars! I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Caliber Collision. When I first arrived, the receptionist was busy assisting other clients, so I waited for a moment. That’s when Jomaira noticed me from the back office. She kindly asked if I had been helped yet, and when I said no, she immediately stepped in. She assisted both me and her coworker with professionalism and efficiency. She also went the extra mile to find Jose, the technician who will be repairing my car. I truly appreciated her intuition and proactive attitude. Earlier, I had a misunderstanding with the State Farm representative regarding scheduling, and I arrived a bit frustrated. But Jomaira handled the situation with patience, respect, and transparency — she really knows how to communicate with people and turn a negative experience around. Businesses need more representatives like Jomaira as the face of their customer service. Thank you for making my visit a positive one!

The communication with renting a car and estimated time of completion of my car was excellent! Staff has positive energy, which is needed when dealing with car damage. ONLY thing is they don't accept cash, which I should've asked prior to coming to pick up my car. Other than that, great experience.
