Worst paint and body work ever. Painted my car 3 times it still doesn’t match. Gaps on front end misaligned. I will not let them touch my car again. Been trying to talk with someone in Corporate no luck so far.

Apparently this company uses crazy glue to put stuff back together. Our company 2007 Expedition had front end work and the bracket behind the grill got glued together......and they probably charged top quality money to insurance company

The people I dealt with through this process was great. The front desk lady Allison was a pleasure to talk to and Dylan the mechanic was always updating me about where my car was in the process. 10/10 would recommend.

I absolutely love this place, A woman hit my new car and tried to take off, I was devastated!! My insurance made arrangements to have it taken to Caliber Collision, Fantastic people, great atmosphere, they really make it a comfortable and convenient experience. The front desk treated me so kind and with the greatest empathy, I usually never praise a company but really think it's important when they have gone above and beyond. I have a problem with names but there are a few names of those with outstanding customer care!!! Cassy, Todd, Macala I think and there was one other woman whose name escapes me but I hope I never need repair from an accident again but if I do I would have to insist they take it here so it's done right!!

I had a small accident in mid-October, and funny enough, the guy who hit me told me not to take my truck to Caliber Collision. I had no idea how right he was. They had my truck for three months and never once called me with an update. Every few weeks, I had to call them, and there was always an excuse. After all that time, they charged my insurance $15,000 (on a 10-year-old truck with 150K miles) and didn’t even complete all the work they were supposed to, like reinstalling the clear bra or fixing the grill. When I finally got it back, I immediately noticed five major issues: 1.Grinding noise from the right front wheel at slow speeds. 2. Rapidly blinking turn signal, blinker not working on the headlight they replaced. 3. Pulling hard to the right, requiring the steering wheel to be held about 10 degrees to the left to drive straight. 4. Front grill had a broken clip, causing it to pop up (still not fixed) 5.Lost my license plate, which has been a huge hassle to replace. So, I had to take it back and they kept it for a few weeks. They told me they fixed everything, but when I got it back the second time, the blinker still didn’t work. I decided to take the headlight off myself to see what was wrong. Turns out, they threw away the wire harness adapter for the blinker on that side. All they had to do was unplug the old headlight assembly and plug in the new one, but instead, they tossed an important piece and then spent time chasing a "resistor issue or grounding issue" that didn’t exist. They also ordered a brand-new all-terrain tire that I didn’t need. It doesn’t fit on my spare rim, so I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with it. They did finally fix the grinding noise and the pulling issue, but my tire still rubs badly on the side they worked on, and I’ll have to trim the fender liner myself. Todd, the manager, promised me he’d make things right. He even said he’d personally pick up my truck, fix the blinker issue, and bring it back. That was two weeks ago, and I haven’t heard from him since. So now its been four months and $15K in repairs, I’m still spending hours of my time fixing their mistakes. Update: I got a flat in a remote part of Texas and my lug nut key was missing. I guess they didn't think it was important and threw it away along with my license plate and headlight wiring.

Incredible team that will give everything they got to get your vehicle ready in a timely manner. They keep you updated consistently on every step, and will do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for an easier time getting my side mirror replaced and door/front bumper repainted!

After my collision, Caliber Collision took such great care of everything! They were so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The shop received my vehicle in May and wasn’t done until august. Jules the technician in charge of our case continued to give excuse as to why the truck was being delayed. When the vehicle was finally finished they returned the vehicle with parts missing and damaged parts from the crash still on the vehicle hoping we wouldn’t notice. I’m now unsure of when my vehicle will be done. 10/10 would not recommend going here. UPDATE: I received my truck and drove it to Lubbock where it sat in the parking lot for a week before I decided to drive back to Midland reaching interstate speeds. Due to these interstate speeds and caliber collisions not properly securing my front passenger panel it unclipped and began rubbing on my tire wall were it melted a hole in the panel as well as scuffed my tire wall. I was unaware until I got home and my Mother walked out asking me what happened. Again 10/10 do not recommend.

After Caliber Collision started the process, it took three months to finish repairs the first time. The completion date kept getting pushed back week after week after week. I stayed over an additional day at work (seven hours from home) to be able to pick the vehicle up after they told me everything was complete. I showed up to retrieve the vehicle and the passenger side (the side that was impacted) was not even touched. There were dents, rock chips, cracks, etc. on the side skirt and rear passenger wheel that were the result of the accident. I spoke to the shop supervisor and went over everything with the vehicle. The vehicle was finally finished up, but the rock chip guard film for the front bumper was also not installed after being replaced. The supervisor notified me that nobody in Midland would put it on. The adhesive was not cleaned off of the windshield after removal and reinstallment. Also, the hood does not line up correctly. I am hoping the insurance company will let me take it to a different shop to fix it the rest of the way/ the right way. I have been extremely, extremely frustrated in the entire process since Caliber took possession of/ ordered parts for our vehicle.

They were very quick and professional with their diagnostic and quoting out everything that needed to be fixed with my wrecked car. Their customer service was the most professional I’ve dealt with as well. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting to deal with a knowledgeable staff

The office people are very nice, but the actual repair work was so poorly done that it had to be completely addressed again. This added an extra week to the already two weeks that they had had my vehicle. I will not use them again.

If you have a vehicle you value and want it repaired thoroughly, this is not the place to go. I was originally told the repairs would take about 2 weeks. Being from the area we are from, I have learned to always expect longer times than originally quoted so had the job been done with good quality, I would not have really minded the wait. Unfortunately, however that was not the case. When we returned to pick up a month later, the vehicle it looked as if it had not been buffed as there was trash in the paint of significant size. We pointed this out the staff and they said they would take it to the back and get it buffed. My husband told them there was no way they would be able to buff it without messing up the paint, but they said they could. They returned a few minutes later apologizing that the tech had in fact buffed through the paint and it would all need to be redone- detrimmed, repainted, rebuffed the whole deal. They told me they would have it ready to be returned to me by the end of the next day. Again, I knew this was an over-promise and didn’t hold it against them when it wasn’t ready the next day but still expected good work once it was returned. After a week of zero communication, I called to get an update. They said they would have it ready to be picked up the following day. This time they did. When we got to the shop, no one but the receptionist talked to us. No one came out to do a walk around or discuss the final product with us. But the final product was as bad as the original job they did. Orange peel all over the vehicle, haziness, trash in the paint, buffing marks, chrome trim they took off and put back one already lifting up on the ends, and paint runs with black residue from the door seals stuck on them where they shut the doors on the paint before it dried properly. You can still see where I got hit due to an uneven bondo job. If it was even wetsanded and buffed all over, it was done by someone who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing, but it really looks as if it was only sort of buffed in some places and everything else neglected. I will say in the beginning, the shop communicated great with us, sending updates throughout the process. But as soon as we voiced disapproval for the work that was done, communication declined. Overall, the quality of the work was extremely disappointing coming from such a big chain and one that was suggested by our insurance company as a preferred shop.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! The repairs on my vehicle were done perfectly, and it runs like new. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. Best of all, my vehicle was ready on the exact day they promised. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that delivers on its word. Highly recommend!
