Super great friendly staff Fabian got me in super fast and the repairs were amazing I was iffy about the paint match but it was fantastic It matches up with my whole car I can’t even tell it’s new paint on my 2007 Infiniti matched up perfectly with the whole body , love the work defiantly is the place to go if you want your car treated right!

Absolutely pleased with the communication, the work and the customer service! Would Highly recommend this collision shop! One of the main reasons I choose this shop is because the reviews said the work was done in a timely manner. I was told 1.5 weeks, and they honered that. Then they even went and delivered my car to me at work, 3 towns away. I was very impressed with the service I received here! Marie (front office) and Favian (the service technician) was completely awesome!

My passenger mirror was damaged by another car while it was parked. I noticed Caliber Collision on Market Street was a newer location and had very few reviews but they were all outstanding so I gave them a try. I was super impressed! My appointment was scheduled a couple days after calling. Every staff member I came into contact with was extremely courteous. My vehicle was finished same day and even sooner than expected. The repair looked amazing. David handled the repairs and was very concerned about me walking home and offered me a ride. I wanted the exercise and told him no thank you. The next week I had a mirror blind spot failure error code pop up in my expedition. So I called them and they got me in the next morning at 8am. They were very accommodating with getting someone there quickly to recalibrate the system after David scanned it. David offered again to give me a ride home while they checked out the system. So I excepted and he was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Two hours later David called to let me know my vehicle was operating properly and he personally dropped off my vehicle at my house. I have never experienced such thoughtful and caring service. There is no way I’d take my car anywhere else. Great job Caliber Collision, you’ve hired an amazing staff.

I had vandalism happen to my car at work and I took it to Caliber Collision on Market Street in Yuba City for estimate and repair. The whole process was very easy and stress free! Fabian the tech took care of us the minute we walked in the door. Advised us what would be needed, the duration of the repair -and then gave us a ride home when we dropped the car off. We got a rental and then when my car was ready I was able to just leave the rental car at Caliber and they coordinated the pick up with Enterprise. Took the hassle off me to not have to spend time returning the rental car. Their waiting lobby is clean and welcoming. They even have fresh popcorn popped for their guests! Fabian kept me updated daily on where my car was in the repair process. I never had to call them to ask! Exceptional customer service! Very Professional! You can tell they take pride in everything they do! Thank you Fabian, and Caliber! My Honda is back in tip top shape! 👌🏻😊 I am very happy with the repair work and the kindness extended to me. Thank you so much!

Everything went smoothly until the end. I was told to leave my rental with them and they would notify Enterprise to pick it up. Never happened so I was charged unknowingly by Enterprise causing me to be charged $68 in overdraft fees. I called both parties, they played the blame game, no accountability was taken. I’m still out $68 bucks, I feel like both of y’all owe me $34.00 #MakeItRight

Edit: Got my car back isnt she so beautiful what an amazing job! They worked fast and kept me in the loop at every step. Joseph was so helpful and worked so hard trying to find the parts needed. Do they have datailers because WOW thank you! 2nd time at this body shop. They are always so amazing, timely and my car always gets the care she needs. Why go elsewhere?!

A few weeks ago my wife's car was vandalized. A nice scratch on the driver side corner panel. Her car has a factory pearl, so I was skeptical on who to take it too. My insurance company suggested a few different places. I chose Caliber Collision. Best move ever. The paint was matched perfectly and they even went above and beyond to fix some other issues that the car had. Dave did a phenomenal job. Absolutely loved it. He was very polite and patient with me. He was upfront and honest about the whole process. I'm taking my car up there to get some chips repaired. Also, Shelby, the woman that was facilitating everything was also wonderful. Very kind and helpful. I needed to drop my rental car off, and she told me to bring it there and she will do it for me. My experience with Caliber Collision was a 10/10. Very thankful for them

Took my vehicle here, because my insurance said so. Upon arrival the service was great. They had my car for 1.5 weeks & than I got a call it was ready while I was at work. Had my wife pick it up and I was ecstatic to come home to it. Paint did not match at all. Terrible job. Also had clear runs. My wife thought it looked good, but I could immediately tell, as I mix automotive paint for a living, and have 10+ years in the detailing industry & multiple years in customer service. So I took the car back the following day & expressed my concerns to David who was my advisor. He said he didn’t catch it, because he trusted his painter. Which tells me they don’t have a post inspection after paint jobs. David then tells me they would need two days to fix it, and I expressed to him, I couldn’t miss any days from work as I commute to Sacramento, and I would need a rental. He said they couldn’t get me a rental, and there’s no way they could. I told him about my work history and I know he could, whether he called corporate or talked to a manager & expressed it the job was done right the first time, I wouldn’t be in this situation. ONLY then, did he provide me with a rental. So if they say they “cant”, trust me, they CAN. It took over two weeks to fix the mistake. When I got the call my car was ready to pick up again, David left a voicemail & his words were along the lines of “Your vehicle is ready, and unfortunate for us you have a rental, but good for you” what’s so unfortunate about taking care of a customer to fix your mistake? Kimber is great at her job! 5 stars for her. I’ll never recommend anyone here, also take someone with experience in the paint world if possible when picking up your car. If they did it to me, they’ll do it to you. Probably a ton of cars that look bad & they don’t know it. Paid my $1,000 deductible too. Would’ve loved to get it refunded for such a terrible service, but doubt that’ll happen. Don’t forget, if they say they “can’t” they CAN. EDIT: Emailed them like they said too in the reply, & still no reply, almost 1 week later. Terrible customer service all around it seems like, except for Kimber. She deserves a raise.

I was told 4 times that my car would be ready by the end of the week or early the following week, it was not. I constantly had to call the shop to ask for updates. Mind you, they did not provide me a rental for the delays. After finally getting my car back, my seat trim was broken. They immediately agreed to repair it and would have it for me by the next day, next two days go by, I still have to constantly call to set up a repair date and time. The people seems nice, the service is awful. I would not recommend.

I will never go anywhere else! So glad this company is in network for progressive, i have a luxury car and someone tore my door handle off trying to get in. They made every step so easy and understandable, the receptionist is amazing so friendly every time you speak with her, so sweet. My car looks absolutely amazing and they did a bunch of little things when they were inside of it that showed they cared and respected my property. It was very evident my baby was in good hands and like I said I will never go anywhere else! Oh did I mention the work they do on your car comes with lifetime warranty!!! If that specific thing malfunctions head on back 🙂

My first time in 9 years my car got hit in a hit in run so I’ve never been inside a shop or done anything with insurance wise. The staff was so helpful and explained everything along the way, including time frames, ordering parts, insurance, paperwork, etc. not only were they flexible with my changing schedule but super friendly people! Shelby was 10/10 on explaining everything while David was 10/10 on details on what damage was done to my car and what he did to repair it. I loved this whole interaction and made it not as stressful as I thought it would be. I will come here again if my car gets damaged !!
