Adding to my review after my 3rd car repair for accident damage to say that everyone here was friendly, helpful and did a great job every time. None of the repairs were simple either. I didn’t have to go back for any adjustments after any repair was completed, though they did make me feel comfortable to do that. If it weren’t for these folks I’d probably give up and buy a big roll of bubble wrap. Thank you!

I was referred to Caliber Collision in Ewing by my insurance company and I am very dissatisfied with the level of work completed on my car, as well as the level of communication from the shop during the process. For starters, there were several delays, for various reasons, that I understand can happen during a repair process. However, my issue is that I only found out about these delays when I had to call to get an update after the original completion date of February 22nd that was given had passed. Each time I called, I was told a new expected completion date. When I called on the new dates to confirm completion, I was told there were add’l delays. I should not have been the one to initiate any of these calls to get the update in the first place. Especially considering that they have an app that could be easily updated. When I was finally able to go inspect the vehicle prior to picking it up, there was a significant gap where the trim is supposed to meet with the body of the car on the fender they repaired. Compared to the other fenders on the car, that were not involved in the incident, it was very clear that fitment wasn’t proper.(This is highlighted by the pictures I've included to show the fender that was "repaired" and a separate image of another fender on the vehicle that was not involved in the repairs")... I specifically pointed this out to the shop technician, and manager, during the walk around and I refused to accept the vehicle. They agreed that it needed to be fixed and after keeping my car for an additional day, I was called back saying the repairs were complete. However the issue was not addressed satisfactorily. It is pretty evident to me that the shop is either unwilling, unable or ill-equipped to sufficiently address the situation. I did not appreciate their willingness to pass off, what I consider to be, very shoddy work. But based on their inaction after initially being given the opportunity to correct it, I just decided it wasn’t worth my time to continue to press the issue with the shop directly. So, I accepted the vehicle but will work solely with my insurance company for a resolution. Bottom line is, in this instance, they were perfectly ok with allowing clearly substandard work to pass off as complete. If they are willing to do it with such an easily visible external issue, what other unseen internal issues have they overlooked. Despite the other reviews I see here praising them, I personally would never recommend Caliber for any type of collision work.

I’ve gone to this specific Caliber location twice for two different vehicles. I had really positive experiences with each vehicle and always feel like I’m being dealt with honestly. Even after the work was done, I felt they valued me as a costumer. One of the vehicles still had some issues after the work was done (an issue with one of the parts under warranty, not an issue with how it was installed by Caliber)the manager encouraged me to bring the car in and he made sure that it was all taken care of. Being in an accident is stressful, so I appreciated the way they handled everything. I definitely recommend.

Great experience all around! Can’t say enough about all interactions with the service staff as well as the work done on my vehicle. Job completion timeline was as promised with progress updates sent via text throughout, reception (Jocelyn) was friendly and helpful, Jason the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and professional but refreshingly down to earth. He not only delivered on everything promised at drop off, but made sure no detail was missed (even the ones I forgot)! I can’t say enough great things about this auto body shop! I brought my car in for repair after someone sideswiped my passenger side front end. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, and Jason — who has over 20 years of experience — was absolutely amazing. Jason immediately spotted issues I would have never noticed and took the time to carefully explain everything to me in great detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! They even had it ready faster than I expected — I dropped it off Wednesday morning and got it back by Friday at 5pm. The actual repair was so good, well beyond my expectations. All the repaired section looks like the car is brand new. The support person was exceptional. Not only it was job well done, but Jason went above and beyond to satisfy my tight schedule. He was very helpful and courteous right from the beginning and got the job done within my best case scenario, although very tight. He also was able to rectify my long lingering tire pressure issue, which to me was a bonus and very rewarding. The finish of the Auto body repair was excellent !
