Called yesterday, 9/10/20, due to a leaking power steering line. Owner Alton met me early this morning to verify what part was needed and topped off the fluid to get me by until the part arrived. This afternoon, 9/11/20, my car was repaired and test-driven. Five star service!

This is the worst place to go to fix your car. The owner is a half witted mechanic, has no idea what he’s doing and charges you for his incompetence. If you want to wait 6 months for a car that ends up coming back broken , this is the spot for you . If you want professional service done in a timely manner , go anywhere else . If you need a better mechanic then these guys , try a Walmart parking lot, you’ll find better talent there

I used to run a car service and we used Titan. They are by far the most honest mechanics I've ever met. I trust them so much once my car broke down in the Bronx I had it towed to Ewing because of the trust that was built. My son ran over an object on highway. Car towed to Titan & Mr. Alton was wonderful! From start to finish, he guided him through process, as dealing with insurance companies can be frustrating.
