★★☆☆☆ First, I will say they have been friendly and very communicative, but the communication is just not completely honest. We have several text messages saying our vehicle is entering the “final stage” of repair and is “so close” to being done. We’ve received those messages consistently for the past 2 weeks. Repairs that were supposed to take about 12 business days and have so far taken 18 business days (they’ve had it for 28 days total) with no explanation to us or our insurance adjuster as to why such an extension on the repairs. We were told today the car will be complete. . . Oh, except for the airbags. Then how is that complete if work is still not done?! Then on top of that, they said it would be better if we take it to the dealer for the airbags and did not sound confident in being able to fix that. That would have been nice to know initially instead of on my 28th day with a rental. Again, they seem nice enough, just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It’s been “in the paint department” for over a week with very minimal areas needed painting. It doesn’t even generally take that long to paint an entire vehicle, much less a couple small areas of a van. I would highly not recommend if you actually want to get your vehicle back and want to TRULY know what’s going on in the repair process.
