First, I will say they have been friendly and very communicative, but the communication is just not completely honest. We have several text messages saying our vehicle is entering the “final stage” of repair and is “so close” to being done. We’ve received those messages consistently for the past 2 weeks. Repairs that were supposed to take about 12 business days and have so far taken 18 business days (they’ve had it for 28 days total) with no explanation to us or our insurance adjuster as to why such an extension on the repairs. We were told today the car will be complete. . . Oh, except for the airbags. Then how is that complete if work is still not done?! Then on top of that, they said it would be better if we take it to the dealer for the airbags and did not sound confident in being able to fix that. That would have been nice to know initially instead of on my 28th day with a rental. Again, they seem nice enough, just don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It’s been “in the paint department” for over a week with very minimal areas needed painting. It doesn’t even generally take that long to paint an entire vehicle, much less a couple small areas of a van. I would highly not recommend if you actually want to get your vehicle back and want to TRULY know what’s going on in the repair process.

I am honestly unsatisfied with the work they did here. Got my car back after a month which is honestly the soonest i have ever gotten my car back from a body shop which i do appreciate. Paint is still looking phenomenal as well! Three complaints that i had was my trunk started leaking water as soon as i got it back which it never did before hand and my back area of my trunk got molded. When i also got it back i had tape marks all over my car from where they put the tape on the cars during their process. Looks obvious i had tape on my car by all the marks that i still have until This day. My repairs all got finished in march. I have told them my Complaints and told me they will resolve the issue and told Me not to do the survey until they fixed my issues. I understood because i give people second chances and i was under the impression i was going to get taken care of. My front bumper is literally hanging out of place and i told Brittney about a week or two later after the repairs. I even came there as well and she promised everything will be taken care of and she was going to order a front bracket so my front bumper can go into place and does not look like its hanging out of place. She even looked at it and said it was broken. After i had front bumper damage dont you think they were supposed to replace that? But they did not. So Brittney tells me she is going to order the part for me So i can bring it in and it can be fixed. WE ARE IN MAY 22 ALMOST JUNE! Im an understanding person but her excuse was the dealership for my car has not recieved the part but i called my Dealer and they said the part can be here in a couple weeks. Very disappointed and even more disappointed because i was unable to do the survey because it “expired.” Which to me it seems like Brittney did not want to resolve my issue nor get a bad survey. Brittney has never called me ONCE! I hate to be a karen but im upset and who wouldn’t? These repairs are ridiculously expensive for a reason of course a customer would expect their car to be looking like brand new and not still looking like it had an accident right? I do not recommend this body shop because on top of it all they park your cars in a parking lot with other messed up cars where other customers can also park and possibly hit your car because the parkimg there is not arranged correctly. I remember leaving and i had a flat tire already because there are nuts and bolts on the ground in their parking lot as well. 3/10 for sure just because the paint was great work.

Terrible customer service and slow work done. The car was estimated to be fixed in a few weeks and it’s been over two months. They’ve texted us back and forth, telling us it’ll be done in a few days or a week and it keeps getting extended. We’ve even had to switch rental cars in the meantime. Today, they told us the car was done. We went in to get it. It wasn’t finished and they were ready for us to pay and be out the door. They hadn’t put on a side bumper. At this point, not sure we’ll have the car anytime soon and we have a newborn to take care of. We’re tired of going back and forth with these guys.

Slow slow slow slow slow. Still waiting to get our car back, so I’ll raise the stars if the work is done well, but if we knew how long the work would take and how much money we’d have to waste on rental cars, we wouldn’t have gotten the work done. I can’t imagine it will have been worth it. They projected a long timeline, but they’ve passed the date they said they could 100% guarantee. I do expect the work to be good because I believe they are slow to being busy.
