Extremely disorganized shop, poor communication, dropped car off for an appointment and the part was never even ordered. Had to come back 2 weeks later to get the part which I then opted to install myself. Avoid this place if you want good customer service and prompt repair. This doesn't even bring into consideration the quality of their work, which I wouldn't trust based on how the front office is run.

I brought my truck to Caliber to fix my tailgate after being rear-ended. From the first moment of contact to the last, the quality of customer service was exceptional. During the repair, Sean Steiner (the Service Advisor) provided progress reports via text. When I picked up my vehicle, we went over the work that had been performed. The repair quality was excellent, and my tailgate looks brand new. Sean even had my truck washed as an added bonus. I rented a car during the repair, and Caliber coordinated with Enterprise to make the rental car pick-up and drop-off as seamless as possible. Everything was highly professional, and I recommend Caliber without hesitation.

Caliber Collision employees were very friendly and finished my repairs in a timely manner, but their color matching is sadly disappointing with sun faded paint. There is an unfortunate contrast between the paint on my replaced bumper and the rest of the car.

Santa Cruz Caliber Collision just finished my car earlier this week, and the car looks just as good as the day I got it off the lot. The communication of Mary and the Team was awesome! I never had to worry about what was going on with my car. They have an online portal, great online communication, and a seriously talented repair team. I was referred to Caliber Collision by Waterstar Motors Santa Cruz, whom I hold in high regard. They've never steered me wrong. From the time I walked in to CC to the completion of the job Sean informed me of every step dealing with insurance claim to rental car and updating me on the progress of job. He made sure everything was going as he had described. Front office support is very friendly and efficient. Overall great experience and results were excellent. I would definitely take my car there again. By the way. I live in Southern California. The drive was worth it to trust someone working on my car.

Had my truck repaired at caliber when I went to pick a day after the promised date, it up had a blemish in the new paint I'm not sure how it wasn't caught since the area that was repaired was only 6 inches in diameter, even though they did repair it took another day .When I picked the truck up they had washed the exterior but left polishing compound on all the seals and surfaces around the doors and in the door jams. On the bill which was covered by my insurance there's a $250 radar calibration fee even though the truck doesn't have radar or adaptive cruise control that was on top of the $250 calibration fee for other sensors. Even though I didn't have to pay for this it's an example of why insurance rates are so out of control. I do have to say that Mary my service advisor was pleasant and nice.

Mike worked on my car and was extremely kind and considerate. I explained that I was paying out of pocket for a rental car, and he went above and beyond to accomodate me and try to limit the time I was without my car. He gave my car back to me after the inspection and preordered all the parts, and also completed the extensive work which was estimated to take at least 7 days in just 3. He saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have spent on a rental car. Not to mention, the repairs were done beautifully, and the car looks brand new!

Nothing short of amazing work. I was taking a midterm during my winter quarter and came back to a branch knocking off my side mirror (bummer I know) I brought the car in with my buddy holding the mirror as I was driving so it wouldn’t fall of completely. When I first got in Sean instantly introduced himself and already made me feel welcomed and encouraged my idea that the car was in good hands! I only had a rental for a week and by the time I came back my car was good as new! A project I would’ve expected to take two weeks minimum assuming that parts needed to be ordered and all, was done in less than five days! Sean was so kind and caring as was the entire team, I had a dangling underbody part due to a faulty bolt just today (my luck with this car is usually good believe me) and a quick call to Calliber Collision, and they took care of it in ten minutes for me! Will forever be my go to spot if anything bad were to happened to my car!
