I went with caliber through my insurance after road debris scratched up two of my doors. They were able to get it done within just a few days and the work looks fantastic. They work well with enterprise down the road as well, which makes the rental car pick up and drop off easy. There was a small issue not related to the work itself, but they worked with me to make it right, and were incredibly polite about it. Definitely recommend. The work is clean and looks great, and working with insurance and a rental with them was easy and streamlined.

Very disappointing! Went there with my truck to get an offer for a body repair (fender bender). That was on a Friday. I was told to have a quote by Monday. Instead of a quote I have received an email where they ask me to make some photos of the damage (again .. I was there in person with the truck and damage). Asking again on Wednesday for the quote. Apologies received that person was out of office and a promise to have the offer by EOD. Another request coming in for a photo of the VIN sticker. After sending it, I asked again for an update. Let me shorten the story. It's now 2 weeks later and there is still no quote. Will find another place to throw my money and business at. Most incapable and unprofessional people I dealt with in quite a while.

I would not recommend using Caliber Collision for repairs. I received my car over 3 weeks after the date that I was promised to get my car back because the staff was not following the procedures in place when ordering parts. Every time I was told that my car was ready, another part had to be ordered. I received no communication regarding my car unless I called to get status updates. I was forced to use Caliber Collision due to being in an accident that was not my fault.

Caliber Collision is where my insurance company suggested I go for repairs after my fender bender. Nine weeks later I finally got my car back — in great shape, no doubt, just like I left it. But Caliber also was sluggish in the communications process. Almost all calls were generated by me. They called me maybe two times to update me throughout the process. Caliber does have a great guarantee on their work, which was exceptional. I just hope I never have to visit them again. ********************************* Update: I did have to visit Caliber again, and boy, do I have some crow to eat for my earlier lukewarm review! I noticed a few days ago a loose cap or cover on my front bumper, where Caliber did some extensive bodywork. I called them to ask how long they stood by their work. John, the guy in the phone, told me to stop by anytime, no questions asked about how long ago I’d had the work done or how the part might have come loose. Long story short, I drove in today to have it checked. The nice young lady at the front desk, said sure, let’s take a look at it. In about three seconds, she popped back in what turned out to be a loose tow cap cover! No charge. In my defense, I sheepishly admitted I probably couldn’t have figured that out without her help. We high-fived and I drove off a happy man!

Repair was extremely slow, and the staff never gave progress updates unless I called. And then, they were rarely accurate. When I got my car back, it was unwashed, had paint/glue spots in several places inside and out, and the tailgate didn’t work. Had to take it back again to get the tailgate working again.

I arrived today to the Sam Rittenberg location. My bumper had some broken clips and was peeling off. Samantha immediately looked at my car and said we can fix it. She took my keys, and took the car into the shop. Within a matter of mins she came back into the office and explained that Kobe fixed it! The bumper is solid and doesn’t pull off anymore! Great job Kobe! She said it was a simple fix and there was no charge! They get 5 stars for friendliness, promptness, quality of work, and I’ll be recommending Caliber Collision from here on out.

I got car accident a month ago and the front left side got damaged. The exterior repair was good. But I found my wind shield Wiper blade was ripped off partially. I called them but the answer was "they never touched my wind shield wiper blade". I believe the logic should be like this: I dropped off my car with you, in addition to the repair, you should also keep my car intact instead of saying "we did not touch your wind shield" For example, if after repair, my rear tires are missing and you still tell me you never touch my rear tire, since you only repair the front side. Does it sound legit? Frankly speaking, overall repair is ok but not 100% satisfactory.

Wasnt a big fan in my limited experience with them. First the national dispatch and the local weren't on the same page. Then the vehicle drop off after hours was a mess bc even though I was told there was a key drop, there wasn't. Follow that with a super high estimate that totalled the vehicle through the insurances eyes. Meanwhile I am still getting texts saying the repairs are going well. I will likely choose another shop the next time I have body damage.

The only reason I went with them because of my insurance company but I will not again...Had my car repaired in the front..they had my car for a month. Went to pick It up and there was coffee stains on the side where the seat belt is on the driver side and on the ceiling of the car and my visor..And I was told that it was there when I dropped it off which nobody drinks coffee in my family..I also told the lady that it was a new car and she said it was not (the GM). which was disrespectful because it didn't me after if it was new or used.the coffee stain was from whomever worked there.I had to leave because I was getting very mad and frustrated.. very unprofessional and unexceptable..

I have never left a review but in this case I do feel as if it is necessary. I initially had a good experience with Caliber Collision- the estimate process was clear, detailed, and explained to me very well. Unfortunately, once the estimate was approved and parts were supposedly ordered, communication completely broke down. My family and I followed up several times by email and phone, but received no responses. When I called directly, I was even hung up on. At least a month has passed without any clear timeline for repairs, leaving me driving around in a damaged car that I was assured would be addressed quickly. I understand delays with parts happen, but the lack of basic communication and courtesy made this experience very frustrating. I would not advise bringing your car here if you need anything done in a timely manner.

This was my second time at Caliber, both experiences were very positive. The first time it was for a repair to my rear door handle, the most recent was to repair the drivers side window which would not go up or down. They are skilled, professional, and above all 'honest'. A week after picking up my car for the window repair, I received a call advising me that I was being issued a refund of $106 because they inadvertently overcharged me for the repair. Without their honesty and integrity, I would have never know the difference. I hope I don't have to go back to them because of damage to my car, but I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
