I had my first car accident and was very upset as it is a brand new v Car. I chose Caliber Collision to take care of my car. They have the nicest staff. They walk you through each step. Lindsey was amazing. I received texts of every step that was happening with my car. When I picked it up my car was detailed inside and out. Everyone did a great job! extremely rude lady over the phone and they rescheduled me a month later! even for the holidays that’s absurd, they should tell it how it is from the start on so I can fix my car somewhere else. Not make me wait 2 weeks just to be told to wait another month. they need better front desk people for sure

Our daughter‘s vehicle was hit one week before she needed to return to college at UNC Wilmington. We live two hours away, so she had to work with Caliber Collision to get her vehicle fixed while she was at school. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, kept us informed the entire time on the repairs. And most of all they did an excellent job with the repairs in the vehicle looks great. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

Our car was damaged by a hit and run overnight in our motel’s lot.The insurance company referred us to Caliber Collision to make sure the vehicle was safe for the 300 mile return trip. Person at the front desk got up and got Lindsay right away. He looked at the damage and got a drill and some ties. In a few minutes the damaged area was tightly secured. His comment “Better than duct tape!” Great service

When my car needed to be repaired because the bumper and underneath lining was coming off, I took it to Caliber Collision on advisement of my insurance company for an estimate (I had planned to take it elsewhere). The estimate was given in such a through and honest way. Everything was explained and showed to me what needed to be done along with a written estimate that could be easily understood. I allowed them to work on my car, Derrick and James have kept me updated during the process by sending text messages and phone calls for updates. I’m very pleased with my experience.

The automated system doesn't work very well at all. I had to call the shop twice for explanation which took several minutes each time. Their explanation was, that's the way the system works, or docent work. The vehicle was repaired and looks GREAT.

Don't trust them with your vehicle. If you find a better place with a better quote, please go with the better quote. I honestly wish I would have never gone to them with my vehicle. I only had two dints on the side of my vehicle, but they tore everything apart and then claim it as a total loss. So I had to purchase my vehicle back from them and then pay someone to put it back together.

The whole process only took about 10–15 minutes. They went above and beyond by cleaning my lenses and even checking things under my car while they had it lifted — all free of charge. The absolute best service I have ever had when it comes to any sort of auto repair. Easy, fast, and they guarantee their work. Truck was completely detailed when I got it back. Had I have known that someone was going to do that, I would have cleaned it up a bit before I took it in! The detailing might have taken longer than the actual repairs!!! Nonetheless I would never go anywhere else!
