I LOVE First Quality Imports. They always do such great work. I had a Toyota Rav 4 and now a Honda Passport and I won't let anyone else touch my car. They never try to sell you something you don't need and give honest answers. The waiting room is great! I enjoy sitting in there waiting with their 2 affectionate cats!! GREAT PLACE!

I took my car in to get a new AV compressor installed. I’d been without AC for 4 months! It took the mechanics about 3 hours to do the installation. Once in my car, I turned the AC on and it was nice and cool! The waiting area is nice and staff are very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business. They know what they’re doing!

Went there for new ball joints and control arms, $1,000 later I got my car back and the alignment was really off they said it was fine and it was because the roads were crooked, after many more excuses they took it back to their alignment shop(Blackstire) got the car back and was still pulling to the right but was tired of their excuses. 4 months later my front right tire is completely destroyed, took it to another mechanic they said the alignment was off by half an inch which is a lot and I needed a new ball joint because the one installed did not have lubrication. It's now costing me $1,500 to fix what they did. There are plenty of mechanics in town these guys are jerks I suggest just going somewhere else

Service was top notch! The knowledge and diagnostic process were better than I expected. We all know how it feels to take your car in thinking it’s one thing, only to be told it’s much more.
