Rhonda, the Receptionist, was very polite and professional. Karsten explained the necessary information of the work to be performed, contacted the AllState insurance company and sent them the estimate, then contacted me with the AllState information. He let me know that he was taking care of everything. My truck was left in better condition than when I dropped it off, totally surprised when I saw that they had vacuumed the floor board. I was in an accident and the whole back end plus some on my Tahoe had to be repaired and or replaced. I took it in on 12/12/24, they estimated completion of 12/27/24, which was already really fast but I ended up getting it earlier on 12/24/2024. I was texted every day with updates and they made getting and returning a rental very easy as well!
