Worst workshop but nice talkers. Staff is great and will promise all things but will never deliver. They could not fix front bumper of my GLS450 in 6 months. Took over a month to repair. Complained about issues-bad grill paint, peeling sides and bad sensor/camera calibration. I was asked to bring the car and then sent back saying grill is not the correct one. Again promised to get it done and am still waiting for over 2 months. Severe accident possibility due to bad calibration as sensors are bad.

The staff here are amazing! I went to this shop when my Tesla model 3 got 2 flat tires. They advised that they're not authorized to work on Teslas, but gave great advice on alternatives, and allowed the use of their parking lot for the repair (that was eventually performed by a Tesla technician). Special thanks to Nicole, who was kind enough to check in on our well-being as it was a really hot day, and for giving us cold water bottles for free!! We really appreciated it!

5 stars honestly isn’t enough to express my gratitude and explain my experience with this location at Caliber Collision. Everyone I had an encounter with went over and beyond to ensure that I received the best that they had to offer. Ashley runs the office and when I tell you she is AMAZING, I am not exaggerating. She literally made the entire process easy from beginning to end. Ashley stayed in constant communication with me the entire time and has a great relationship with Enterprise. She took the initiative to arrange for me to get picked up by Enterprise when I dropped my car off for service. Now thats like Chick-fil-A service in the car repair field. Next, the manager at this location is Riley and he is even more phenomenal with his customer service. He called me every couple days to personally give me an update and even finished days before expected. Riley and his team fixed gave me my car back in better condition then I bought it from CarMax. If I can be completely honest, He went over the insurance and replaced my battery for free, he calibrated the camera in my windshield and alot of other minor repairs. I was blown away to see my car with brand new tires and the paint job is beyond a perfect match. I honestly was a little emotional when I saw my car because I’ve never had service this amazing. I’m use to people messing something up not fixing more than I ask. Hands down this is the best service I’ve ever received in my life. I even referred my step mother because it was just that GREAT! I will attach pictures and a video but honestly it just really does no justice to the excellent service that I received. If your looking for someone to trust your car with, Riley, Ashley and the team at this location is definitely it. *NO I DID NOT GET PAID FOR THIS REVIEW, I ACTUALLY FEEL AS THOUGH I SHOULD HAVE TIPPED THEM ALL FOR SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE* Thank you so much Caliber Collision. Originally, I was informed that the estimated turnaround time for the repairs would be two weeks. I dropped off my vehicle on November 14. On November 18, my insurance company advised that they had contacted the repair shop regarding the claim. After not receiving any updates, I emailed the repair shop on November 25 and was told they were waiting on a response from my insurance provider. However, my insurance company informed me that they had not received a response to their November 18 email and subsequently sent a follow-up on November 29. I later received an email stating that the estimated completion date for my vehicle had been extended to December 22 due to additional repairs being discovered, and that a revised estimate had been submitted to my insurance company. I was then informed that the estimate received by my insurance contained discrepancies, resulting in a reduction of approximately $2,000 in total costs. At that point, I contacted the repair shop and requested that my vehicle be completed by December 12. The shop indicated they would cover my rental expenses if repairs extended beyond that date. Shortly thereafter, the vehicle was completed and ready for pickup on December 12. While I am satisfied with the quality of the repair work, the lack of communication between the repair shop and my insurance company, as well as the nearly month-long repair timeline, was unacceptable.

Add brand new car with 8000 miles on it that hit a deer. There was extensive damage to the left quarter panel in front bumper. We were also going on vacation the next day. Caliber collision worked with our insurance company got our car in for repairs the day That we hit the deer.. They started repairs while we were on vacation working with our insurance company. The damages were complete a couple days after vacation. It was fantastic. Work car looks brand new.. And a detailed the interior of the car I would 100% use them again.

They ensured that all the systems also functioned properly. Communication from the estimator and progress information were really good.
