Absolutely the worst towing company I have ever experienced, first they towed my car from my own parking that I pay for because I had an old registration sticker on my license plate (registration was current). I received no warning prior to the towing. The towing company came to our neighborhood at 2:00am and began searching cars, I was never notified that my car was towed so I thought it was stolen. Then when I called, I was told I had to pay $360 dollars to get my car back. That should be criminal, do you really feel good about yourselves stealing money from people? Upon arriving, I could not find anyone on site so I gad to wait 20+ minutes for someone to come and take my car out. I was told I can only pay cash (most likely a money laundering business). Then i was given no receipt or breakdown of why I was charged this ungodly amount. Any property management that decides to use this company is just as malicious as the towing company itself. HORRIBLE, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I’ve had nothing but great service from Victory Towing. I’m constantly on the road and have a older less than perfect F150 that has close to 500000 miles so I know there will be breakdowns. The owner/his wife/ and staff have been nothing but professional and honest on repairs that needed to be made to keep me rolling people have to remember being the “cheapest “ doesn’t guarantee top notch service and can cause more issues if not properly fixed. There’s never been one time that I’ve ever had a break down from their service that I second guess that the job was done right and if an issue occurred it was fixed and taken care of. Thanks again guys!

Life Saver!! Our family was in Raleigh for my husband work meeting shortly after Hurricane Helene came through the upstate sc area. Our brand new diesel truck broke down on i40, just 1 mile from GMC/Chevy dealership. Had a notification of “water in fuel” and engine shut off. My husband is in a meeting miles away. I used ONSTAR and waited for OVER 4 hours and still no one was coming to help. The dealership less than 5 minutes away wouldn’t send anyone to help. I had two kids in the truck with me. We had no air or heat. No food or drink. Pouring rain… it was a really difficult situation to remain calm and collect for my babies. I called Victory Towing & Recovery. I was in tears. Trying to get someone to help me and get us to safety. These guys made me feel like a priority as they were arrived within 25-30 minutes after they said it would possibly take an hour to get to me. They were very knowledgeable with these new diesel trucks and computer systems. They were able to get my husband 2024 chevy Duramax hooked up to the wrecker. The guys had to work their magic with unlocking the wheels and brake as the computer system tried to lock the whole truck from moving. I am SO SO grateful for this company. The men were very kind. They made sure my children and I were safe and treated us like we mattered. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance with a broken down vehicle. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. These guys were life savers. Long story short: make sure to get good diesel. If the gas pumps are pumping slow, go somewhere else. We got a bad batch of diesel after hurricane Helene and we had crystallized sediments and particles in our fuel pump and system. New truck. Such a shame. Thank God for these men and the services they provide.

Luis came through in a major way, my tire blew out on the highway and he was honest and efficient, thinking outside of the box and helping me get safely home. I have to travel far distances and Victory Towing & Recovery of Durham, North Carolina, made all the difference for me. Highly recommend for roadside assistance! He towed us to a safe area to get my car in order. It was hard to get the car adjusted and lower the spare tire, but Luis worked tirelessly in the heat while being entirely personable and professional. When my tire blew, I was uncertain how things would resolve themselves, who can you trust, etc. However, I've never been more pleased and informed. My car's ABS warning was connected to this, as it turns out, the brake line was not even connected, which no one else had figured out before. Huge thank you, and will use again anytime!

I had a flat tire on a Sunday at 7pm, I called so many places in Raleigh and Durham. This was the only place to actually help me Luis was great! He was so kind and really helped me. I’m so appreciative! If anyone needs a tow you’ll definitely be in good hands with them!

I would like to start by saying that I received a tow warning message on my vehicle for expired tags -totally valid- I am upset at whoever placed said sticker on my car, being that it left residue covering the ENTIRE left side mirror. I tried calling and was hung up on at least three times. Unprofessional and ignorant, being that the car is unsafe to drive since the side mirror is not useable. Next time, do better.

Today, I had to use Victory Towing! My experience from beginning to end—EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION!!! From the dispatch agent to the tow truck driver, I had a wonderful experience. They located my vehicle and me and told me it would take thirty to thirty-five minutes—they arrived on time as promised. The driver, Luis, was terrific. He greeted me with a smile—he took care of loading the car. He made my concerns important. I was able to ride with him to my home. Louise is a safe driver and got me and my car safely home. He thanked me for my business and shook my hand. They turned a stressful situation into a less stressful moment. I appreciate them and will recommend them to anyone needing a towing service.

I’m a little late with posting but these guys are nothing short of Amazing. They are very professional, very knowledgeable. It was late one night and no one seem like they wanted to tow any cars. I have called multiple towing services for them to tell me they not towing tonight. I came across Victory’s and man, these guys were there less than 30mins to pick my Challenger up. Very respectful and honest. For now on, these will be the only guys i ever call if i need a tow done… GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! You have officially earned a lifetime customer, i appreciate you all

My lowered project car unfortunately broke down at a car show, needed a tow back to my house almost an hour away. Was recommended Victory and had Gene help me out towing my car home. Took very good care of my car ensuring nothing would happen to it. Called Victory Towing at 2:48pm, the tire was swapped a little after 4. Not an easy job, my wife’s “super neat” car meant the wheel lock key was hidden and the jack was buried under 1,000 basketballs. 🤦‍♂️ John (the tech, not me) still got it done, sent pics, and even found the nail that caused the flat. Covered by warranty = win, I would rather buy 1,000 more basketballs than a new tire. John was the best maybe because we share the same name. 😉

After calling about 7 other tow truck companies in the Raleigh area, Victory Towing and Recovery was the only company to pull through. Every other company was either unavailable or gave me the run-around telling me they would call me "right back" with a quote, only to never call back. The dispatcher I spoke to at Victory was very polite and efficient. She was able to give me a quote within minutes, and a time frame of when the driver would be able to get to my location. Matt was able to come to my location within about an hour of my initial contact with the company. My van's rear wheels would not move in reverse at all, but my van was unfortunately broke down in a one way driveway that made pulling it out backwards the only option. Matt was determined to accomplish the tow and was able to problem solve through a difficult tow situation. Pricing was comparable to the one other quote I was able to get. Thanks Victory for great service all around!

I had a commercial box truck that needed towing and was having a hard time finding someone capable of towing it. I called Victory, and he was HONEST. He said there were a few people ahead of me (totally ok) but he promised he would get to me, and he did. Yes there was a bit of a wait but I knew that upfront. He gave me the price on the phone, after telling him where the truck was and where it needed to go. I do feel it was very fair pricing for N.Durham to Apex haul. The guys that picked it up were lovely. Very professional and polite. Verified the details of where it was going, let me pay on the spot and carried on with my day. I would absolutely use them again. These people are scammers plain and simple, I can see why the city of Durham does not contract with them. Towed my car after saying it was abandoned and illegally parked when the lot isn't even marked properly. They're advertised as 24/7 that's for emergency towing, so why was your driver out towing vehicles at 2am on a Saturday night? Oh but it gets better ontop of charging me $350 and initially stating cash/debt/cashapp they back tracked and said cash only which is against Durham Ordinance, I had to beg to use cashapp; they held my vehicle not in a secured lot but boxed in with a bus blocking it in a parking lot at a completely different address which they refused to disclose to me when I asked where I could pick the vehicle up until I agreed to pay them. The owner also informed me that although he could confirm the vehicle was in their inventory that he did not know the location because the driver towed the vehicle. They never informed me or made an attempt, I only found out after contacting Durham PD because I thought my car had been stolen since everyone else parked in that same lot was still there. Reporting this to Durham PD and the State Attorney General Office so they can investigate further; the only good thing is I got my money back thru my bank so shout out to USAA 🇺🇸, try scamming someone else you criminals 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not only is victory tow service rescuing broke down motorists in the snow storm when other companies shut down service!! But they are affordable!! They sent out tow driver Mr. Louis, who, Exemplifies stellar customer service! Despite the snowstorm and cold temperatures, Mr. Louis treated me with respect and took his time in figuring the best way to get my car towed without causing further damage, all while not adding stress to an already stressful situation! It has been YEARS since I have encountered such outstanding customer service! Victory towing & Recovery, please thank Mr. Louis, for a job, well done!

Victory Towing helped me out big time tonight after a flat tire. They were slammed and the wait was longer than expected, but they kept me updated and the driver, John, was awesome. I had a sleeping baby/sick husband/two dogs situation and he was careful and respectful about keeping things quiet when dropping my car off. Super professional and kind. Appreciate you!
