Hands down the best customer service. The entire staff is incredibly nice and Greg went above and beyond to help me with my repairs. My front end met its match with a deer, and caliber had it back to me within 1 week. They even let me bring in a new grill & headlights to change the look on my SUV and had no problem installing those for me since they had to disassemble the front end anyways. Even advised me that I should be able to seek reimbursement from my insurance company since they were going to pay for the 1 damaged headlight anyway (and my ins DID reimburse me!). My Yukon looks amazing now, and I can’t even tell the bumper was ever replaced. My vehicle is black and it matches perfectly. They made sure not to release my vehicle until everything passed their quality control check- so when my parking sensor was off, they had it fixed before letting me pick it up. So many other body shops in town could learn from this place. TLDR- if you need body work, bring your car here.

Awful communication. They send text messages to keep you up to date on vehicle completion, and when I went to pickup my vehicle they said it was not ready and I shouldn’t be going off of their own texts?? Wasted mine and someone else’s day tracking over an hour to the shop because they cannot communicate well. Car looks and runs fine so far, but would not recommend based on communication and customer service.
