I paid $1100 to fix an overheating issue, and absolutely nothing was fixed. The temperature warning light is still on, which clearly shows misdiagnosis and incompetence. I received zero value for the money I paid. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I strongly do NOT recommend this shop.

Cecil B Phillips had been fabulous in the support. Understanding, clear info, response all the way through the resolution process: Cecil was crisp, detailed and outstanding. The toyota dealership had actually quoted us way higher, while Precision Auto Care was amazing (+ fast) in the resolution. Would recommend them.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I asked them to inspect my car, and after the inspection they told me the repair would cost $1100. I agreed and paid the full amount, but the exact same problem came back with no improvement at all. When I returned, they denied everything and lied, refusing to take any responsibility. Poor diagnosis, terrible customer service, and zero honesty. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care because both Jerry Poe and Brandon Lee provided excellent service. I was greeted with a smile, informed throughout the day of updates on my vehicle and was informed of what needed to be done w/ an affordable estimate. Don’t go to jiffy lube like I did - they’ll rip you off and are sooo overpriced!!! Come here and they will get your right, respectfully, professionally and in a timely manner! I’ll be back for sure!!!!😄😄 everyone here is so kind!! They all deserve a raise!!!!!!! (I got a tune up)

If you are a woman do not go here alone, the staff will find any reason to over charge you for their benefit. i came here for an inspection and i watched the worker search my car for 15 minutes straight looking for anything to charge me for. they ended up failing me for my right control arm, which isn’t something that is typically looked at for an inspection. they quoted me $600 to fix the issue. i went somewhere else a week later and got an approved inspection no problem. if your a woman, bring a man with you!!

I’ve brought my car here for about 4 years for oil changes with no problem. But this last time I went to pick my car up the mechanic began asking me where I’ve been getting my oil changed and was trying to imply they had did something wrong. I responded by telling him this is the only place I’ve been and he claimed he couldn’t find my account on there system but after a few minutes he started to back track claiming someone had filed it incorrectly as if I hadn’t been getting my oil changes. Then told me I have an oil leak and quoted a $1000+ fix. Took it to another shop and was told they put the wrong bolt on to make me think it was leaking. Will never be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Must be under new management. This used to be a goto place for honest, reliable service and state inspections. Desk gave me an estimate of 30-40 minutes at drop off. Two and a half hours later and they haven’t even started on my car. Denied that they gave me a time estimate when I asked about it. Understaffed and taking too many cars. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

Had my car towed to shop on 8/17/25 for estimate and diagnostic. It took 9 days to get a response. On top of that,my 00 speaker was stolen from the trunk. You can only open trunk with a key. I am sooo upset rn. They say I need to make a police report. I am! And calling better business bureau! 😡😡😡

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. I went to Precision Tune Auto Care because my dashboard kept showing an over-temperature coolant warning. David told me my transmission was leaking oil and said it had to be fixed, quoting $1,100. I specifically asked him if fixing the transmission would make the coolant over-temperature warning go away, and he said yes. I trusted his diagnosis and paid the $1,100. After the repair, the same exact coolant warning was still there. When I went back, instead of taking responsibility, he told me it would cost extra to fix the original problem I came in for. My entire purpose for going there was to fix the over-temperature coolant issue. They fixed the wrong part, charged me $1,100, and the problem was never resolved. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the worst experience ever at this Precision Tune. I was driving and suddenly my light came on indicating low air. I pulled into the first place I saw in quite a panic. I was told that they could not put air in my tire unless I went inside to register. While I understand the concept of “waiting my turn,” two of the mechanics were standing around and not working on any cars. To make matters worse, once I went inside I could not find anyone to register me as directed. I finally gave up and drove another 0.5 miles where I saw a Discount Tire who put the air in and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I have never felt more disregarded than I felt with the lack of care or concern I encountered at Precision Tune Auto Care. Sometimes people can show you far better than they can tell you that you don’t matter.

I Drive a VW and was quoted over 300$ for an oilchange and tire rotation by the dealership!!! I went across the street to precision and was able to get an oil change for 60$+ plus they broke down to me how my car is doing ! didnt try to upcharge me on anything and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Very nice crew and explained everything to me. Highly recommend if you want fast and affordable service lovally. Times is hard for alot of people so its good to know you can go somewhere and get Good and fast service without being hit on the head with a crazy price.
