I didn’t catch her name correctly (it sounded like Aturnat), but unfortunately my experience with her was very disappointing. She was very disrespectful and did not provide good customer service at all. The way she spoke and handled the situation felt unprofessional, and it made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this is addressed because customer service really matters.

2006 Chrysler 300c 5.7 Liter, stalling problem. Living in Ohio, for 5 years I took my car to various mechanics, to include the local Chrysler Dealership, without positive results. I moved to Durham NC and located #77 Auto Repair. Even over the telephone, they guarantee success in their services. This phone call, impacted me positively. Chris Williams, is a old school master mechanic, he took his time and expertise to resolve my stalling issue. I can’t speak more highly of my experience at #77 Auto in Durham. After having some experiences with other “name brand” shops where I left feeling like I was either a bother or an easy target for a lot of extra work- I found #77 auto. Making an appointment online was easy. When I called to ask questions they were kind. When I showed up I was greeted warmly. I felt taken care of and they were so honest with me about what was needed. There was no upselling or sneaking. Normally taking my car to get serviced makes me feel like I have to be on guard so that I don’t get taken advantage of. But at #77 auto the vibes from every last person I encountered were warm, kind, and genuinely wanting to help. They are upfront and fair with their prices, and helped me immediately! I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this place earned it. After my dealership jerked me around for three weeks over some ABS issues...three weeks! I was pretty fed up with the whole situation. #77 Auto Repair is amazing, fantastic, and "honest". I took my vehicle in seeking to have repair work done that another shop said that I needed done. When I went to the shop to see if they performed the type of work that I was seeking Chris the owner asked why did I think that I needed that done and said let me take a look. After taking a look at my vehicle he determined that I needed a totally different repair that I was told I needed by the other shop. After getting an estimate cost of the repair and agreeing to have the repair done I left my vehicle and Chris even took me home. The repair was done and ready next day. I was really satisfied with their Honesty, customer service, promptness, and overall attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to #77 Auto Repair for any future auto repair. I will give them 5 Star's and will definitely refer my family and friends to #77 Auto Repair.

Had the pleasure of coming into this shop today trying to get my reoccurring tire light diagnosed. Got seen on the spot & received a diagnosis within 20 minutes. I was met with a very, very friendly staff could not only greeted me with a smile, but was very honest about the process, and the diagnosis that was reached. Which was very relieving coming from past experiences of mechanics trying to give you the runaround and get the most $$ for services being a young car-owner. Gave the estimate for a complete brake job for my Honda Odyssey. Very reasonable compared to the dealers. They were able to work on the car the same day. Brakes are now perfect! They also recently installed a new timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, and serpentine belt for $400 LESS than the dealer quoted. Work was excellent! Only small comment is you're better off providing your own filters as I paid almost $50 for a cabin filter I could have purchased myself for $20. Last, their customer service and communication is top of the heap! They know the anxiety you go though getting your car repaired or serviced and hold your hand throughout the process
