Alhamdulilah! All praise and thanks are due to God! When I tell you they were on the money... I can't Express how pleased and thankful for the work they did. My car came back like it was off the lot. This is a blacked owned family business. Mom, Dad and their wo sons were awesome and professional. They took no time and was reasonable when it came to pricing. I was out of town and a 18 wheeler side swiped us. I looked them up on google and Alhamdulilah! They took my car right in and had it for me in 3 days. Again, thank you United Paint & Body Shop. I previously bought a car from one of their salesman and it wasn’t in the best shape like I thought it was. They came to my rescue replacing my starter and sending someone to help me when I was stuck at a fast food restaurant when it wouldn’t crank. They really went all the way out for me and honestly probably did more for me than any normal business would have.

So I had to get a wheel baring done on my Honda accord in dec.I bought the parts had to get it welded they don’t own a welding machine. They had to get it welded it elsewhere the part was faulty so they say. I bought another part I think they just wanted to buy the part so they can charge me more. Anywho got the wheel bearing replaced again same day. In January I texted the was working on my car to make them aware that the wheel bearing was bad. They asked me was I sure of course I was sure because it’s doing the same thing it was before. I don’t live in Durham. I stopped driving that car for a while started back driving that car and after work I stopped by to show that it was what he was supposed to fix before he call himself trying to niggarig it and stop the noise that didn’t help he said he was going to order a part told me to call in the following morning I called no answer I texted. No response at 8 something I texted and here it is days later and still haven’t heard anything told him this was bad for business and not how you do business. If I have to pay someone else to fix it it will be other issues that they will have to deal with because I don’t I’ll get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK! I wouldn’t recommend Brad Royster working on anything. And being that he works there I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anybody bad business

United Paint and Body is a family owned and operated business. They are honest and fair in their timing, pricing and service. They made my ‘04 Lexus look nice and fresh after replacing both bumpers. Most importantly - their prices were at least half of everywhere else I went. I felt their pricing was the most honest. Not because it was the cheapest either, but they didn’t tack anything on, or add a fuss, they just break down what they will do and then do it. I was talking with the owner via text message to handle any questions. This is the exact type of business I like to give my money to - local, family owned, experienced, community oriented, friendly.

The lady I spoke with was very helpful and let me know she wouldn’t show it until I got there.
