This location of caliber collision is the best!! The staff is so sweet and helpful and you can tell they know what they’re talking about. They didn’t over complicate the process at all and were upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed on my car which I appreciate. One of the worst experiences I've had in years. Bait and Switch is their repeated tactic. Was told 5-10 days for repair which was extended 3 times. The rep lied to me several times as to the status of my car (claiming he told me 2-3 weeks for repair). Quality of work was average at best. I will never use them or recommend Caliber again.

Took 3 attempts to get my car right. No rental coverage even though it's warranty work. Less then 6 months later paint is peeling. Wouldn't take my car here again. *Update. They are now giving me a rental at their cost. * UPDATE. Paint is now peeling in a different spot on my bumper. Do NOT bring your vehicle here at all cost. Never will I let a calliber touch a vehicle I own

I do not recommend this shop. After my rear-end repair, the trunk was not properly fixed. While riding and driving, I noticed the trunk is misaligned with uneven gaps on both sides, and there is a rattling noise that was never there before. They also extended the repair time three times, which forced me to pay over $200 out of pocket for the rental car. My insurance would have fully covered the rental based on the original estimate, but because the repair was delayed by more than ten days, I had to pay the extra cost myself.

My car looks great! They replaced my back bumper, liftgate and muffler. Attentive customer service and texts keep you informed of progress every step of the way. They may initially overestimate how long the repairs will take to be on the safe side, but I guess all went well with mine that I got my car back even earlier than what I thought was a more reasonable expectation. I highly recommend and will use them again myself if needed.

I've had a door ding on my driver's door for over a year and it's been bothering me since I got it. The ding was so deep it was into the paint right on the body line and I finally took it here to get the dent worked out and a little touch up paint and it looks fantastic. I thought it was a little pricey at first but you couldn't tell where the dent was even if I showed you where and gave you a magnifying glass. My car is finally pristine again. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough. They gave me a quote pretty quick, started the work same day, and gave me a ride home. Excellent quality work and customer service.

He also took time to rub out a few spots left by the air hose. In addition he took the rental car back and turned it in for me.
