Asked the guy for estimate he he would give me one in a minute they started working on my car when they finally were done my note was double what I expected dont take your car here unless you want get ripped of dealer is probly cheaper And gives you warranty.

If it was up to me i would put no stars. Worse place ever. All i wanted was an oil change and he kept asking for money for different parts i took it out and did the oil change myself. All he is trying to do is rob you dont go there!!

2/18/2017 As with previous customer reviews over a year ago Jairo is still up to his old ways. I needed suspension work done and he said it would be a week. I agreed to that and it has been a month and 2 days. Day after day and excuses about parts not coming in and parts coming from o we seas. I'm not dumb and called around and found out he never ordered the parts but he keeps demanding money for work that is not even close to being done. Tomorrow I will try and get my car towed out and my money back. It is ridiculous DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Jairo have been my mechanic for the past 10 years. He works extremely well. He will continue to be my mechanic. He works with me and have not have any problems. Best Mechanic in all south east Texas

This is the worst auto repair shop I have ever taken my car to. The guy had my car for over 4 months, he took the engine completely apart, had the head refaced and was never able to fix it. I finally go it out of there and towed it, it turned out to be that the computer was bad. He kept on asking for money and never fixed the vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Basically they fried my sons car electrically. It was already ruined from your previous work that's why I didn't leave it. I see you have a good excuse for all your garbage work. Saying God bless don't make it better. Who get power from a reverse light to run the fans?

Everyone has their own experience but mine was trash. Went in to get my check engine light looked at. It was for a cylinder misfire. Initially the lady cleared the code and had me off on my way which was fine. When it came back on, I had them work on the car and when I went to pick it up, I paid 160 or so for literally nothing. Pretty sure they just cleared the code again and did no work. I know this because later on, I changed all my spark plugs and all of them looked very used, some of them had oil in them so I know they didn’t replace them. Shame they took advantage of me like that. Keeping up the stereotype that mechanics are shady people. Not coming here ever again or recommending someone to go here.

the receptionist was very rude. asked a simple question about what was wrong with my car and she completely blew me off. not to mention, the next day she called me angry for keeping my car at the shop when they said themselves they would begin to work on it. never again. i would also like to add that i tried to call them multiple times to let them know about my money status. i have the call receipts on my phone to prove it. i never got a call back until they wanted to call me, angry that i didn’t call them when i had been trying over the course of days to reach them without a response. i couldn’t let them know about the status of the money because they would not return my calls. i was not pleased with the service, which is sad because the mechanics that helped me in person were very friendly and helped me fast. UPDATE: It is so insane and unprofessional that they are trying to gaslight me in this reply and make it seem like I went days without calling when I made several attempts just for no response. The fact that there are other reviews that are basically saying the same thing as I am should tell you all that you need to know. Take your business elsewhere if you value integrity and professionalism because you won't get that here. Very shocked that they are still in business As you can now see, I'm being accused of something I didn't even do all because I updated my review. That's what this business does. On every review they deflect and respond with excuses and lies. I would never do myself the disservice of ever contacting this business ever again, let alone call with insults. I don't know who they were just speaking to, but if they went through anything like what several of the people who have left reviews here have, I completely understand why they would call them in that manner. It seems like this business cares more about deflecting in reviews than they do about providing good quality service so if that's what you're looking for, this is the perfect place!

Worst mechanic shop ever! To whoever reading this post. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your car here. Just like most of the other reviews have said, the receptionist the owners wife is very rude. They don’t do what they say they will do. I had my car there for nearly two months waiting on parts from what they said. My car is a classic so I understood it might take a little longer to get the parts in but 2 months! When I went to get my car they refused to give me my key or the money I gave up front for the parts. I could not understand why and the receptionist threatened to charge me storage fees because I asked for my money back. On top of that I ask that they put my car behind the gate at night because it’s a restored classic and would be costly to repair if something happened to it. they told me that they would park the car in their garage. When I would drive by the shop they had my car sitting literally on the road for days. So close that it could easily have gotten hit. That’s what prompted me to come pick up my vehicle. Worst experience ever.

Professional + fast or same-day if possible service on multiple make vehicles I have owned since 2012. Your replaced parts are shown/explained how they failed. Parts + Labor are clearly itemized. Very fair price for quality service. Worth every penny. Notices of policy are clearly shown on office before you surrender your vehicle. If you cannot be reached on your cell, a text message notice will be sent. This is very convenient as my phone is on silent during work hours.
