This is by far my home away from home for my special vehicles and I trust nobody like I trust joe! He is a man of his word and gives 150% takes his time and does things right! He’s fixed my 66 and my new 65 thanks to him! He one of the only people I can trust all around. His dedication to his community and clients/ family aka customers in his business is unmatched! Joe and the gang did a great job on my Toyota Sequoia. I took it in for an oil change and they found out that I had two tires that were separated and that my front brakes needed to be done. Wasn't expecting them to do a complete inspection on the vehicle, but I was really glad that they did because I was going out of town the next day Great work and great prices. Would highly recommend them!

RUDE receptionist who turned out to be owner, by the name of Jessie. I never asked for a free diagnostic I asked for a ride along and you stated you charge for that as well as a diagnostic and kept talking over me even though I stated multiple times I am aware it’s not free. You had an attitude as I asked for today’s availability for a ride along, so I told you word for word “Ma’am I am aware I just want to know the price for the diagnostics”. Somehow that was taken as rude despite your attitude prior to asking for the fee. I did find service elsewhere with people with better customer service reps. Thank you, but no thanks. Respect is earned, not demanded!!

The owner Joe is such a good guy. I needed my AC compressor replaced. It was a big job and he knew I didn't have transportation from his shop to my house. He was able to squeeze me in during the work day and did a little at a time so I could have a working vehicle to get back and fourth until the job was done. Great Guy, great Shop...

I was referred here by another active duty military person. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I honestly think they are the first honest auto repair shop I have dealt with here in Bay County. The only downside I saw was it took a week to get the vehicle in but I know people are going there all the time so they have a lot of customers. After dealing with shady auto repair shops, this shop is a breath of fresh air. Truly amazing people. The work was honest and up front, no gimmicks, nobody taking advantage of you like the other repair shop down in Tyndall Parkway. I will def recommend you to everyone!

I’ve had a great experience with Callaway Automotive Repair and Service and wanted to share. Back in February, I brought my 2021 Kia Seltos in for a concerning noise from the front end. The team quickly identified that the issue was with the struts. What really impressed me, though, was their honesty – they recommended I take the car to Kia since it might be covered under warranty. I followed their advice, and sure enough, it was! More recently, I brought my car back in for an oil change and brake service. Once again, the service was excellent. I took my car there a few weeks back. My husband and I just moved to the area & were looking for a reliable mechanic who was reasonably priced. We looked at Joe's reviews & choose this place. Needless to say the reviews matched the service I received. Joe was very nice & was reasonably priced. We just had some maintenance work done, but his work did come with a warranty (a pamphlet with details were given to me). I enjoyed my experience here & will be taking my car to Joe from now on!

Is this a Florida thing ? I asked if they could charge my brand new factory oem a/c compressor that I installed. Which is super simple by the way. I replaced everything, office tube, dryer, accumulater, etc but was told they don’t go behind peoples work, but isn’t that what a mechanic does with every car they touch? So basically here if they can’t overcharge you for all the work they don’t want to do any work on a vehicle? Was told to call other shops in the area which I did and they had no issues and my ac works great.. I gave them 1 star because at least they gave me good advice.. go somewhere else..
