Bought a nissan versa cash car from this place. The car is good with some details, as any 12 year old car, what I love about Eloy and his family is their customers skills, like they genuinely care. Eloy told me every single detail about the car, and offer arrangements for further mechanic issues. This is the owner of the dealer, selling me s 3 thousand dollars car without taking his phonecalls, this, made me feel important. The best thing about this buy and why do I consider this the best transaction I've ever done? Timing. Was in and out in less than an hour. Again, it took me less than 1 hour to get out of that place in a car that I've been driving for a couple of months now and has given me no issue whatsoever, 35 miles per gallon baby, my honda valkyrie gives me 20! Last. Eloy even drove the car to my place to drop off my motorcycle. Even some freaking family members don't do that 😂😂. Thank you lots Canales family. Best place ever

Don't waste your time or money!There are better used car dealers.Ok!I will edit my review.You own both companies and have managers at each.You also recommended them and now i know why!You wouldnt even talk to me,you had the managers do it.You hid behind the phone and had them do your dirty work! Fact still stands as to what happened and everyone who see this will know how you operate.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews… they pay their friends to give good reviews to have the bad ones hidden. Got a car from here and it started to brake down in the lot as I was driving it off and was told it was normal to just put it on neutral to start it... turned off in the middle of a busy intersection with my niece and nephew in the car. It’s been almost 6 years since this happened and I gave the car back hours after I had driven off the lot to only get half my deposit back, since then I have met soooo many people who have had problems and have gotten screwed over by them. As a car sales person who is now 25 that has worked at actual big named dealerships and has learned the industry.. looking back at my 19 year old self I would have never trusted them and I’ve gotten customers coming from them talking about how poorly they are treated or they sold them a lemon.

We purchased a Volvo over a year ago which was a great experience. Over a year passes and my wife broke down with my car (not the one they sold us) in Galveston. As we did not know anyone there we called Canales Auto for advice on who could help her. Eloy from Canales drove to her and got her to a place to get it fixed. I can not express how grateful we are of Eloy @ Canales and his team. To help out my stranded wife was amazing. I am a customer for life. Never had I ever had someone go out of their way that much for zero profit. If he does not have what you are looking for let him know as he can find it too.

Terrible place of business. I put a down payment on a car and was happy with finally financing my first car, little did I know I got one big fat lemon. Nearly $4,000 in repairs need to be made, and were any of these issues discussed before hand? No, the only “reason” they sold me the car so cheap was “because of a little rust on the hood” not the fact that nearly every part of the vehicle is at the end of its life time. Then they have the gall to say it’s my fault for not bringing someone to check out the car that they sold me!! All they can do is give me a refund with 1/3 store credit, drop the price a bit or just tow the car away. Hearing all of this, I felt defeated. I lost months of hard earned money to these thieves who care only about the money they’re stealing from you. So don’t be like me! Get a mechanic to check out a car with you, or be wiser and don't support this business.

Showed up at closing time to which one of the employees was obviously headed home for the night. The owner let her go ahead and leave and allowed me and my son to look around the lot. Giving us the chance to look inside the cars and even test drove one. After the test drive my son really wanted the car. Long story short we bought the car and all that took about 3 hours. Even for a late night I never felt pressured to buy the car or anything.
