Amazing service. My skid plate dropped after an oil change at another location and Bo and Andrew were willing to fix it for us without any hesitation. Ironically my battery died in the driveway and they were able to jump my car and resolve the issue and get us back in the road. Just incredible customer service and professionalism, we are so grateful.

These guys are amazing. Ive been here literally all day geting a couple of parts replaced. The mechanic had some issues but never gave up and was so nice!! I watched the other 2 guys get oil changes, and inspections done and they were all so nice to everyone, efficient and quick! Highly recommend.

I'll give the Man credit where credit is due! He was able to get my F-350 Dually into the bay and performed excellent service on my truck and was a pure joy to work with. He will ask you questions and it just might cost you more than when you walked in. Being we are on a cross country RV Adventure, I would think this was money well spent. I know what you're thinkin', I shoulda taken care of it before.....blah, blah blah, y'all live yours and I'll live mine. If you find you need service check 'em out. They're awesome.

I was having issues with my car battery, and this shop went above and beyond. They inspected my car for free and even replaced the battery at no cost. I was in and out in just 5 minutes. 2000 bucks they still can't find the problem. So I have to drive it till it breaks to find the problem. So I am leaving for Florida and I can't get any peace of mind other than it will break down while I need it and after 2000 dollars worth of nothing. You guys need new managers. Husband’s appointment at Galveston Automotive was canceled last minute; he was informed as he was ready to drop it off. So we looked at reviews and used Kwik Kar for an oil change and needed a new filter. The mechanic even showed us the dipstick with the new oil level. Now that’s above and beyond service. I've brought my car in here a few times now and every time the staff is very friendly and do great work at a great price. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure have a great experience and have always applied whatever deals are available even if I didn't bring in a coupon.
