Carlos and his team are amazing. We had a blowout and wanted to replace the factory tires on our travel trailer. They gave us great tires, at a great price, came out to our RV site, arrived on time and we done in less than 30 minutes!!! Mounted and balanced. They really made us feel great and are just awesome people!!! I would give 100 stars if we could. I can't say enough about about how great this experience was! I don’t like to be negative on here and only give positive reviews. Carlos ‘s tire shop is great! They helped me repair my tire once and I bought a used tire that was basically new. With great prices. Then I was there today when my parents neighborhood was flooding, and it pulled off part of a protective sheet under my car when I drove through it trying to find a better parking spot. They were open on Labor Day and willing to help. They took it off for me for very little money. These people are great! They’ve saved me twice, and I really appreciate it and for virtually no money. Thank you, Carlos tire shop!

Worst tire shop in Galveston. Their used tires are the worst in all Galveston and Houston area. I replaced one tire, drove off and 10 min later I went back, had a cut in it and they didn’t check it well. They reluctantly replaced it. 3 weeks later I went back the second tire they put had a bubble and was no good either. He says the warranty is two weeks. I took my business elsewhere and will never go back to carlos tire shop. Stay away.

Not only were they super nice and helpful over the phone, but they had the exact 10-ply van tire we needed in stock — which is no easy find! The team worked like a NASCAR pit crew — fast, professional, and efficient. We were back on the road in no time, and even better, we saved $270 thanks to their high-quality used tires. From what I saw, they only deal in top-condition used tires, and for peace of mind, they could’ve ordered a new tire to arrive the next day if we preferred. The owner was very mean I got here at 3:54pm because my tire was low. And he said I can’t help you because we close at 4pm I said is not even 4 yet and I told him google says you close at 4:30pm that’s why I chose to come here. He said no no go somewhere else mean person. So I came to RT Tire really nice people great service.

If I could add negative stars I would. They tried to charge us $30 for a patch. I asked why was the patch so high but did not refuse to pay just wanted to know the reason. Person assisting us refused to explain and refused service and placed tire back on with puncture on our vehicle. Totally unacceptable. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

Easy to find place on the island. If you need tires or just a fix, this is the place I would go to. Economical prices, quick service, new and used tires, depending on your situation. You can call for quotes, then come get back on the road fast. It's on 45th and Broadway, on your way into or out of town. Carlos is almost always there. Unless he's working on his next project next door.

I bought 4 tires from Carlos yesterday and today I had to go back because I thought there was something wrong with my tires. Come to find out, my tie rod broke! One of his guys drove me to several places to buy the part. I went ahead and bought both and he fixed both! He told me that I had to get an alignment right away. I went to get the alignment and they said that Carlos did a great job with the tie rod! They are awesome!!!!
