I read about the place online and went there to use the free vacuuming service. Afterwards I decided to get a car wash. Then I decided to get my oil change because I was overdue! Very happy with every service. The employees were kind and professional. They were thorough with the oil change even checking my tires, which they often forget where I usually go. The men that worked there were professional and did not try to oversell me like other places. They actually told me my car filter was in good shape and should last until the next time. Lastly, they didn't reek of cigarettes or try to hit on me, which has also been an issue going to get an oil change. Professionalism and kindness go a long way! Great place! I will be back!

I would give it 1 star but ive been coming for years and feel like i cant do that to them. I paid $15 for an ultimate wash, i got pulled in and he sprayed my car for 2 seconds then sent me through. Supposed to get tire shine with an ultimate wash, but didnt get any. They missed spots while spraying. I feel like they were rushing me through just to sit down. Edit: After posting this i looked a little closer and found scratches that were not there yesterday… review went down to 1 star…

Went to this car wash for a quick 10$ wash. When going through the wash, the scrubbers clipped both of my mirrors causing a scrape. Be careful if driving a small vehicle. This car wash could possibly damage your car!

If you ever need to waste money, come to the self serve car wash here. For the last 6-7 years I’ve lived in the area this place rarely has proper maintenance, soap, wax, wheel cleaner, leaky handles that get on you more than the car. At what point do we start holding businesses accountable for the lack of services? I drive 20 mins out of the way to not come here because the waste leaves you more angry than an even dirtier vehicle. We need to do better. Being the only self serve in the area you’d think they’d capitalize on that more.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A MUSTANG. Decided to try the automatic car wash from a gift card, both sides of my mirrors now have chips and paint missing. Seems like its gonna cost more after you wash your car than to wash it… Would give 0 stars if possible, really appreciate the damage.

The self-service car wash is in poor condition and clearly in need of major upgrades. The vacuums are weak and often leave cars dirtier instead of cleaner. It also appears that dry towels are no longer being provided. I've been a loyal customer for years and would gladly continue coming back—even at a higher price—if improvements are made. However, I've been avoiding it lately due to the declining quality.

Do not use your credit card at this location. Someone is stealing the number and using it to purchase a car wash, fuel and on Microsoft Xbox account. They appear to live in Redford based on the gas station.

Highly recommend you get rubber tipped wands in the self-wash bays to avoid situations where the long metal nozzle may scratch the car (happened to me).

I’ve gone to this car wash many times and have never been completely satisfied. The only reason I kept going was because they are conveniently located to where I live, and though my car is seldom all the way clean it’s never been as bad as today. These picture are shortly after I went through this car wash - the bottom of my car is filthy (the pics don’t capture how thick the dirt still is). It appears the mop things that wash the cars either don’t reach the bottom of low cars or… idk. In any case I tried calling the office twice and there was answer. In other words, no one available to make this right. So now I’m out whatever money I spent at canton city car wash and another hour of my time as I’m omw to get my car cleaned the right way somewhere else.

I was a long‑time member of this car wash, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. While going through the wash with my F‑150, the equipment broke my mirror damaging the paint. When I tried to report the incident, the employee refused to provide the owner’s contact information and insisted that only he could speak to the owner—not me as the customer. After several attempts, I finally reached the owner by phone. Instead of listening or showing any concern, he was rude, dismissive, and told me they would not take responsibility. His exact response was essentially: “You can go to court, we’re not doing anything about your damage.” This level of unprofessional behavior from both staff and ownership is unacceptable. After years of loyalty, I expected honesty and accountability—not disrespect and refusal to address damage caused by their own equipment.
