I have a 2007 VW GTI and been there twice already. The service is very good. The convenience of paying online leaving and pick up my car overnight leaving the keys inside the safety box is very good. They always communicate with me letting me know the issues on my car and they also give me a few options on what to fix first and last or everything at the same time is very considerate from them. I made an appointment with Cape Foreign & Domestic for an oil change service on our 650i. Got me in right away on appointment day and were finished in a very reasonable time. The price was fair as well. They also politely answered some general questions I had about the BMW. I had them order a set of new tires right away, and they will be installing them for me in a few days. Great service, great staff. I would definitely recommend them to other BMW owners.

They will go the extra yard to help you. They got my car in fast and i was able to pick up the same day! Definitely the best place by far, to bring my Jaguar to. They are always busy, which is telling, but wow compared to the dealership, hands down this place knows what they are doing. I had a battery issue (I have 2 batteries and an energy management module - all in my trunk), and when I called about the issue the person answering knew about the issue on my model, which was impressive. I needed a replacement but the service was quick, once I could get it in, and perfect. I'll be bringing my car back for an inspection as it's about to hit a high mileage. Thank you for your great support, support and the mechanics are top shelf.

Editing review to add- My check engine light came on after a month and when I took it to the shop in New York, the shop refused to touch my car because they said wires had been cut and shrink wrapped together. They advised me to take it back to the shop where the work was done. I can only assume that it’s not safe to drive and that this shop does not care about quality of work provided or customer safety. My dad had taken his car here for service not long before he passed away. When I had to drive it to New York, I noticed it seemed to be leaking something. I brought it back to this shop, and they were incredibly kind—they did a full inspection on the car, twice. The owner was especially understanding and supportive given the circumstances. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be my go-to place for car service.

Had an issue with my Ford fiesta ST and brought it in for work. When they say they have done everything possible to fix your car they really have. The shop went above and beyond trying to diagnose the issue. Sam and Bill were pleasant and easy to work with and communicate with. The added touch of the car being washed and cleaned was a nice touch that you don't see it every shop out there.

He fixed the van mechanically, got it to the body shop to have it repaired cosmetically, and dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have too. Amazing shop, I moved here about 6 years ago. They are honest, reliable, and always there to help. I have been bringing my Mercedes E300 here for the past couple of years and they always take great care of my vehicle, and work with my busy schedule and time frames. No promises were made on a tight timeline I had, and they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I took my car in hopes of getting it fixed, instead I left with a unfixed car and had to pay $270 for a diagnostic test I already had done. When I turned down the repair because I was being OVER charged, they told me the diagnosis was $170 to pickup my car however when I got there they hit me with a labor fee of $100. Very disappointing, they are very inconsiderate with customers pockets.

My low battery light came on and I had the battery checked by two independent sources. Both said the battery tested out at 79% and suggested it may be an electrical issue. The vehicle always started fine. I decided to take in for a diagnostic. I informed the service team about the previous test as well as the results. After review they said my two year old battery needed to be replaced. The cost was $160 for labor and $303.26 for the battery. My issue is $160 dollars to change out a battery, and after some research I believe I was up charged for the battery. This business chose to do the same thing the dealer did instead of finding the root cause of the battery light coming on they decided we will charge $500.00 to change out a battery and maybe the light will not come back on in two years. After some checking I found some car repair business waive the diagnostic fee if you.have the repairs done at their shop. So check around! but not here!
