Had a routine maintenance on a new car. So, I am not able to comment on the quality of the work, but it should be great. The people were very accommodating and communicated well. My only concern is 2-3 hours lead time even when one makes an appointment. I was not prepared to leave the car for a day. Had much better experience with timing with other service providers.

I reached out to Capitol Mazda - Service Dept and was put in contact with Dennis for a diagnosed cracked cylinder head. Having been told it would be several thousands of dollars to repair, I was only expecting to hear bad news. Dennis was calm, professional, and extremely helpful from the start which put my worries at ease. He quickly had my vehicle inspected, confirmed the diagnosis, and went to work on getting the vehicle repaired. It didn’t stop there. Dennis and his team brought the issue to the attention of corporate Mazda and gave me the great news that aside from the deductible, the overall repair expense would be covered! In person, I had the pleasure of being helped by Jason in the service department. He was also extremely professional and fantastic to deal with. Jason and Dennis communicated prior to my arrival and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. After a couple short weeks, I picked up my vehicle and it was good as new. 10 out of 10 experience and I would absolutely go back to Capitol Mazda and/or recommend their service department to a family member. Thank you, Dennis, and team!

I want to give a special shout out to Nick Noble at Capitol Mazda. I purchased a used Mazda at a different dealership and had a myriad of issues within a couple of months including the transmission needing to be replaced. It was a nightmare and caused a great deal of stress for me. As the car was close to the warranty expiration date, I asked the dealership where I purchased the car to do a complimentary inspection to make sure there were no further issues with the car. When I purchased the car, the vehicle inspection report indicated that everything was "excellent" yet a few weeks later, the transmission went out stranding my daughter in LA. It took 2 1/2 months to get a new transmission. After finally getting the car back and all the inconvenience and added expense I incurred, I reached out to the dealership where I had purchased the car with a simple request. I simply asked that they perform a complimentary inspection of the vehicle to make sure everything else was in good working order. I even had the assistant used sales manager at the dealership take a test drive with me and he noted that there was some noise coming from the front wheels. He declined, however, to give me the complimentary inspection and stated that I would have to pay them approximately $200 for the inspection. Clearly, the dealership did not value my business and lacked integrity as demonstrated by their unwillingness to do the right thing. Needless to say, they will never get any future business from me. I then contacted Capitol Mazda and had the great fortune to get Nick Noble in the service department on the phone. What a prince of a guy. The difference in the treatment I received was night and day. He apologized for my bad experience at the other dealership where I had purchased the car and he offered to do a complimentary inspection even though I had not purchased the car at Capitol Mazda. I found Nick to be very professional and very personable. His customer service skills are exemplary and he made me feel valued as a customer. When they performed the complimentary inspection, they found the front wheel bearings were worn so they replaced them at no charge as it was still under the warranty. The car now runs beautifully and I feel safe driving it knowing that it was carefully inspected. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the next few months and Nick Noble has earned my business on behalf of Capitol Mazda so I will be contacting them when I am ready to make the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Nick Noble for anyone needing to purchase a car or have their vehicle serviced. The integrity they demonstrated when I came to them with my concerns has made me a customer for life. Thank you Nick!

The entire team was extremely communicative, helped me bring together the maintenance documentation for Mazda’s warranty, and made the entire experience completely stress free.
