Did the ultimate detailing package through Groupon original value around $195, all work done within a day. However, wouldn't do this deal again since I do not see worth the money spend, yes engine and wax looks great but not for that kind of money.

I had really let my car go - had been parked under a power line, had a real horror on the interior, had just let the thing go, and these guys did a fine job making it look almost as good as new. They even tossed in some new mats since mine were ruined. Definite recommend, will return.

#caponesultimatedetail Capones Ultimate Detail, INC. all the employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My Car 2013 Ford Fusion has not been cleaned out for about 6 months. During this time I have had a bachelor’s party, 3 dogs, beach wear and tear. So in words, alcohol stains, dog bathroom accidents and sand-dirt-salt. When I went to pick up my car. There was nothing. Seats were and still are spotless, the carpet looked brand new. And they got most water spots off the body. I am extremely great full for the outstanding work performed.

My parents are so happy with the auto body work done to their 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 (pretty much took the looks from a 3/10 to a 9/10😂).. very professional and these guys seem to really know what they are doing. The employees seem passionate about their work. Shoot.. they should be they’re great at their job LOL.. all thanks to Capone, Palmer and the crew.. fantastic job!

I had a great experience. I was up against a wall because I had to sell my car fast but I needed to detail it first. I called other places closer to my house (windward) but they couldn't get me in for a week! I called Capone and explained my situation and they told me to come right in. I was there in 1 hour and the car turned out perfect! Plus it was THIRTY DOLLARS cheaper than the prices I got on the windward side! I'll be sure to make the drive again.

They did a horrific paint job! Very messy and unprofessional. My vehicle was not painted properly and you can see the errors in the paint. My car came back to me with new damages and high mileage, and of course they denied it all. I will NEVER use this company again and urge you all to stay away.They preach that they take pride in the work they do. I can honestly say that’s a lie, the only thing they take is shortcuts!

don’t waste your money!! probably the worst detailing experience i’ve ever had. i purchased a full interior/exterior package and they did a terrible job. i highlighted my main consents when dropping off the car and none of them were dealt with when i picked it up. the employees are terrible at communicating with you and i was charged an arm and a leg for them to do the same thing i could’ve done at a $5 car wash

Just got my car detailed interior and exterior here. They did a great job and my car looks brand new. It was full of beach sand and they got all of it out. They were also very friendly and it was done when they said it would be done. Prices were also fair as well. I would definitely come back!

Seems like there was almost no soap being dispensed on the car while I was in the car wash tunnel. I paid for the $15 wash and I basically saw water spraying on my car without any soap. In the beginning the gentleman with the power washer asked if I wanted a blast from the power washer wand, which surprised me a bit, but I said yes. I am not used to seeing a pressure washer blasted on the car prior to an automatic car wash, but I knew that I had a ton of bugs on my windshield and front of the car so I said sure what the heck. Not sure how much pressure is actually coming out of that wand but I have a feeling since they are asking before they spray it is a concern for many people. My car was pretty clean when I went into the wash and it is only a bit cleaner coming out. Not a bad wash if you are in a bind, and need to get some dirt off, but definitely not one of the better experiences I have had.

We were vacationing in Hawaii. I got a minor scratch but needed a repaint for it on rental car. I needed to get that done super fast so that we can continue with vacation and return the car as delivered. I found Capone Ultimate on Google maps. Capone and his team has helped with the paint work and delivered the same day. This completely unusual but they understood the situation and went above and beyond to help us. I opted for the standard exterior hand wash here, which was $100 and took roughly an hour. For the most part, the car looked good but still had dirt on the wheels and bug splatter on the grille afterward. The quality of the wash wasn't 5/5, but the staff were very friendly.

Horribly service. My mirror was damaged while they were fixing my door. They only accept cash dirty business and horrible work. Chose another body shop save yourself from stress from this horrible business.

I am not one to go out of my way to write reviews, but this place was INCREDIBLE! My husband hit a pillar with my front bumper and it was all scuffed and the bumper was all dented. I got in same day on a WEEKEND and got my car back a few hours later! Can’t even tell my bumper was ever touched after the incredible work done. Owner was super friendly and kind, and it’s veryyy affordable. Definitely will be coming back!

I would give negative stars if possible. After keeping my car all day, when I went to pick it up they hadn’t started yet. Charged me $120 for a wash & wax and to vacuum and wipe down the interior. No wash, no wax, and doesn’t look like they even attempted to clean the interior.

Had an unfortunate rodent problem in brand new Tesla. Linked up with Capones Ultimate Detail to conduct a thorough bio cleanse and rodent extraction of the vehicle, restoring the smell and damage that occurred back to a brand new car. Secondly, just great folks, had to fly out on a three week trip, stopped by the shop and got some additional work done on the spot before I flew out. Super welcoming family environment. Preciate it!

Dishonest cheaters with no respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's overpriced, average quality work. I gave them a try because they had a Groupon-type promotion that offered detail work for half the price, but you had to pay in advance when you bought the coupon. So, a bunch of people (including myself) bought the deal. (This allowed Capone's to immediately take thousands of dollars from future customers before doing any work at all.) When I called them to schedule the auto detail, they first told me they had multiple appointments available in the next week or two. But then they asked me if I planned to pay for it with the coupon voucher they sold. When they found out that I had already bought the coupon, they told me they couldn't schedule me anytime soon because they were only serving a small amount of the coupon customers each week. (They said they sold too many of the coupons...don't ask me why this was supposed to make any sense.) It would be months before they agreed to schedule the work that I already paid them for. I told them I would need to go somewhere else in the meantime and that the coupon would probably expire before they'd be willing to do the work. The receptionist told me they would honor the coupon after the expiration date. When I finally went and got the detail a few months later, the work was totally average, nothing special. When I went to pay, I tried to use the coupon, but they wouldn't accept it after the expiration date (unlike what they had said on the phone). The owner (Capone) spoke rudely to me, suggesting that I was trying to trick him by using an expired coupon. I explained to him the situation. I had paid for the detail in advance, but when I tried to schedule the work, the business refused to honor their obligation and wouldn't schedule me in a timely fashion. Capone took no responsibility for this whatsoever. Instead, he complained about all the coupon customers in general...obviously, I was not the only customer who had let him know that they were being mistreated. But in his mind, all the customers were wrong, not him. I'm guessing it was his idea to deny appointments to all these pre-paid customers until the coupons expired, and then blame them for not scheduling early enough. Even after multiple customers had evidently told him he was doing wrong, he wouldn't give me a fair deal. In the end, I paid the full price in cash, and they also kept the money they received when I bought the coupon. Leopards don't change their spots. Do not trust Capone to treat you fairly.
