My car broke down last week next door to Car fix, they came over there and moved my car to their shop. They went out of their way and helped me out more than I could have ever asked. They got my car fixed in a timely manner and did an amazing job. These are the most friendly and amazing people I’ve ever done business with. I’d highly recommend them!

Took my truck in for a list of things. They went to get the part I needed and made the repairs the same day. Also told them my brakes felt a little loose and they said the pads were good and just dirty. So they didn't take advantage of me and try to make more money by telling me I needed new ones. Great service, quick turn around and no BS. AND I paid way less than I was expecting to. 👍

This review was MY experience. I have a right to post what happened. We were referred to Manuel by a very close friend and thought we were in good hands. But it was a terrible experience, we over paid for having our truck serviced here and I think anyone would agree considering the truck wasn't in the appropriate conditions. It still trembled and we had to take it to the dealership because it wasn't working properly. We had terrible customer service because there was miscommunication on their part but that was nothing to what just happened. We received a phone call about our review! My husband was confronted about this review that I posted, He was told that as a pastor how could he lie and post this, he didn't post it I did, then they hung up on him. This is my view point and it was my experience with this garage. I wish I could give it a 5 star review but it wasn't the case.

I can't say enough about this business. Great service!!! I have been coming to this shop for several years because they care about their customers. I was originally referred to this location several years ago and I was told that if you want the best place to get your vehicle serviced this would be the place.and he was right.....Fair prices...Great service....I have been through several mechanics and Car Fix has exceeded my expectations thats why I come back. They have worked on all of my cars: -Volvo Xc60....sensors..brakes.. calibers...etc -Jeep wrangler. Complete engine replacement...transmission...shocks....AC...Transfer case...and so much more....I decided to fix my old 99 jeep wrangler and give it to my daughter...Carfix made it happen. -Chevy Traverse....Brakes....struts...cv joints.. My wife enjoys her car. The business is family owned and I have come to the understanding that no matter what the issue arises they always want to make it right. Thank you!!!!

I was impressed with customer service. I stopped by in the late afternoon. Mary, the manager, asked me to come back in the morning and she would have it looked at. I live very close so Mary even gave me a ride home. Even though she said it would be next day when they had it ready they actually had it ready same day. Mary checked in the next day too. Highly recommended. They have been in business about 20 yrs and at this location 7 yrs. For an auto repair shop it was the cleanest and most organized I ever saw. They have a nice customer waiting room with tv and view of the shop.

Disappointed on whole experience , went in because my car was overheating next thing you know I spoke to the front desk clerk and she very rudely told me that my car needed a new motor , also radiator fan was not working properly and I had allot of electrical issues then she stated you need come and get car that it was going to cost me about 10k to get it fixed surprised. With the diagnostic check , So I got my car towed from Car Fix to Blackmon’s garage for a second opinion and I was glad I took it there because the only issue was the water pump and WOW I went from needing a motor to just a water pump , by the way I have been driving the car already and it runs great . I do not recommend Car Fix to anyone . Lesson learned get a second opinion!

Mary is always informative and keeps me updated with any issues going on with my vehicle. I have been using Car Fix INC for over 4 years and would recommend anyone and everyone to trust them with their vehicle. Reasonable prices for all issues and work is completed within a great time frame. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle except Car Fix.

I’ve used car fix for many years now even before they opened up their shop. Mary and Manuel provide exceptional customer service and their work is top notch. They have worked on all our cars included our two classic cars that I won’t allow anyone but Manuel to touch because I know his quality of work is the best. Prices are very competitive but it’s the work, the care that they take of their customers and that fact that they are great people that have had us staying with them for over 25 years. They treat you like family!

I have taken my vehicles to carfix , several times and I am always a happy satisfied customer on how they have worked on my car and fixed the problem. I told my mom to find a shop to fix her AC. They charge her $480 to fix it supposedly. They told her that the valves were leaking , Schrader cores are not valves and they weren’t leaking because I personally checked them before it went to the shop. They added Freon within 24 hours later her AC didn’t work again she took it back, I personally went and talk to the mechanic, and he said that it was a coincidence that the condenser started leaking . Typical mechanics, that pokes peoples eyes be careful

I came here to get my starter replaced .I was charged $589. Price is about average. A little higher than I expected, but they got the work done fast. It was ready same day. Labor cost $100/HR . The lady at front desk is nice and informative and I like that they allow you 5 days to pay them before they start charging a storage fee. I didn't have the full amount to pay them right away , so that policy worked in my favor. I would probably come here again.

Everyone knows that car problems suck! Once the cycle starts, it's one thing after another. If you want your auto problems fixed right the first time, then take it to Car Fix. Their goal is to always use authentic dealer supplied parts. Sure, it's a little more expensive, but then again, their warranty is also better. Customer service at its best. You can trust what they tell you will be true and to the point. Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else.

Twice I’ve tried bringing my car at both times nobody was there past opening time, first time on maybe someone’s runing behind, but a second time, that’s just poor business practices. Too many options out there to be opening your shop late continually

Go here if you want to: 1) pay top dollar for repairs that did not fix the car 2) be given different stories on what type of work is being done to your car 3) have your battery unplugged to reset the check engine light 4) have your check engine light come right back on 1/2 mile down the street 5) be given a warranty but still have the same codes they are warranting still show up on diagnostics. 6) be given reasons why the check engine light going come back on down the street again and why the codes are still showing up on diagnostics. 7) receive an original quote and then when it's time to pay, be given a higher amount for a repair that was needed but did not actually fix the issue then offer a discount on that higher amount and get excuses about why they didn't call to communicate before making the extra repairs despite your daily calls. 8) be told your car is ready for pick up and when you get there have to wait an hour bc they are cleaning the throttle body which was what you were already charged for and should have been completed with the original repairs. 9) to deal with argumentative staff Why warranty the work if you give the car back with the codes? 2 times?? This all took a total of 4 days. Haha this is def my bad judgement. I should have gone to the dealership. 0/10 would not recommend Car Fix.
