My car recently was hit from the rarer end and had to get repaired immediately since it was my only vehicle to commute with. I took it to car guyz of course my vehicle looks brand new again. I can’t even remember where the marks on my car were at recently before getting my suv repaired. From the customer service and overall repairing my suv car guyz is definitely a top tier experience. Also, by car guyz having a partnership with one of the busiest rental car companies and j the industry it definitely made my rental car experience faster and I was able to get a very nice rental while waiting for my suv to be fixed. Lastly, by me being able to leave the rental at car guyz are the returning wait time ten times faster! Awesome experience from the customer service to the overall work on my car. My bumper was sticking out & now it looks very brand new. I appreciate the customer service for welcoming my son and I to feel at home and watch whatever we wanted on tv. The customer service experience welcomed the services that I needed as a brand new customer such as a company that’s trust worthy, providing the right service that I needed because I don’t know a lot about cars, and a great experience overall. Also, I received a free car wash during the service of taking care of my bumper. I forgot to take a before picture but their work truly speaks for themselves. I’ll be back now that I know they provide oil changes 🙂.

My 2023 TLX had a long scratch near the wheel extending up and curving onto the bottom of the door panel. I tried fixing it myself with two products and rubbing by hand and it only got a tiny bit better. Car Guyz did an amazing job and I can't even tell there was a scratch to begin with.

A month ago, I took my 2014 Toyota Camry with hail damage to Carguys, and I must say, Ben and his team did an amazing job! He was honest and upfront about everything, which I really appreciated. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations not only did they fix the hail damage perfectly, but they also went the extra mile and took care of a few things I hadn't even mentioned. The only minor downside was a slight delay in delivery, but considering the outstanding results, it was well worth the wait. Overall, I highly recommend Carguys to anyone looking for quality auto repairs!

If you are looking for a concierge style of body shop this is a must! First off Ben the owner arranged for my car to be picked up by a tow truck and I did not need to be there. Everything about this was handled seamlessly. He even helped with my rental car! He handled everything with the insurance company, I was constantly updated throughout the process. My car was ready as promised and looked brand new. Unfortunately a week after someone hit & run my car my teenage daughter hit a curb that did a good amount of damage and they are working on hers as well. The attention to detail, communication and customer service was off the charts amazing! Super impressed and will be recommending to everyone.

I had to share a great experience with Ben from Car Guys Collision. My daughter was crushed when she found some paint transfer on the side bumper of her car. We reached out to Ben just hoping for advice. Instead, Ben showed up at our house like it was no big deal, tools in hand, ready to help. He didn’t just take a quick look, he actually rolled up his sleeves, buffed out the paint transfer right there in my driveway, and refused to take a dime for it.
