I went to Modern Mercedes after Mercedes Benz of Plano tried shot gunning an issue I had with my R class and charging me for each of their failed experiments. Modern Mercedes was great to work with, they examined some suspension issues I needed addressed and their quote was 30% less than the Merc Dealorship. They addresses all my issues on the R class and identified some minor issues I needed to address at a later time. The entire staff was incredible to work with and their pricing does not produce sticker shock. I highly recommend them for repairs and maintenance on your Mercedes. Their prcing is very competitive and definately undercut the dealorship. I definately be a repeat customer and recommend highly to my colleagues and friends.

I am genuinely pleased with the service I received. Owning a Mercedes as a woman is very stressful because everywhere people are trying to rip you off. But not here I came in with a minor sensor issue and was expecting to be billed in thousands but it only cost $415 and my diagnostic fee was waved.. I will definitely be coming back because they are very honest with their work & price things fairly. We need more people like this in every business.. my car has been driving smoothly ever since the issue was resolved. Thank you modern Mercedes.

I've been taking my C63 and GLE63S here for as long as I've owned them and the MMRS team have taken care of everything flawlessly. I never had a bad experience and they've been completely transparent with me over the years. After two attempts to fix front end had to take to another shop. Turned out sway bars were loose, the Integrity1st guys fixed it in an hour. Worked fine after that. The Modern M bill-estimated hours can be higher than the Mercedes labor guide specifies. Significant premium for “genuine” over after market from reputable brands. It can get pretty ridiculous. It would cost you 2.5k to fix worn out HVAC control buttons going genuine route or 30 and 15 min to put brand new after market buttons yourself. Now if Mercedes genuine is so much better than reputable after market brand, why do genuine start pilling off after warranty is out. Sometimes ‘Genuine’ can stand for sloppy and cavalier.
