I got a 2024 civic at this dealership, after a year the steering started making a creaking noise. Marlon, my service adviser took care of me. He got the ball rolling on ordering parts the same day I came in and set me up with a rental since it would be in the shop for a couple days. He was knowledgeable and listen to concerns i had about the car. He also stayed in contact and updated me on my cars status. 10 out of 10 would claim warranty here again.

Very bad experience with maintenance service. My tire pressure light went up on my way back, and I found out the tire pressure was 30 on 3 tires and 40 on 1 tire. And TWO of the caps of my tire valves were missing!!! What careless job they do! I didn’t ask for tire rotation but they did it as a combo with the oil change without notifying me ahead. If you want over charge the customer, as least do a quality job!

Car Pros of El Monte is everything that’s wrong in the car business. I had a horrible experience at a different dealership that wanted to mark up my lease buyout for $5,000 more than the payout. They insisted it’s necessary for me to buy accessories/warranties/gap. Here at Car Pros, it was a completely different experience. Ahmed, and his team were very transparent. They were very professional from my first phone call, to coming in and getting the deal done. No pressure, no hidden fees. Just full honesty all the way through. I will 100% service my vehicle here going forward. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, this is the place to do it. Thank you to everyone at Car Pros. Keep giving Honda the great reputation it deserves.

Terrible dealership. I had come in more than 8 times to cancel F&I services/products. I was initially told I was unable to cancel within 6 months of contracting with these services; however, this is a blatant lie. After coming in the 8th time to receive an ultimatum on canceling these services, valued at over $4,500, I finally signed the cancellation forms for these services. However, only one of these was ever cancelled and processed by Car Pros Honda. It's been over 2-3 months since I signed the cancellation forms for three services, and I've only received one refund. Unbelievable. Now, if I were to cancel these contracts, I would receive a prorated refund, as it has been more than 30 days since I contracted for these services.

The finance department of this car dealership never answers the phone. Messages are never replied to. After submitting your phone number through the sales department, because that the only one way to contact with them. no one ever gets back to you. The sales department only transfers you to the finance department. Once you've bought a car, they don't care about you anymore. If you live a bit far away, don't buy a car here. You'll never get a response. Go and check out other Honda dealerships. This is the worst out of the seven Honda dealerships I've visited!

Horrible Experience Sold a Faulty Car & Refused to Take Responsibility My name is Karina. In 2022, my mom and I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord from Honda. We were helped by a salesman named Chris. We originally wanted to look at two vehicles, but we felt pressured into choosing the Accord. During the purchase, we were told to come back in a few years and they’d help us upgrade to a newer Honda which now feels like empty promises. Less than two weeks after buying the car, it began malfunctioning. All dashboard warning lights turned on, and we took it in for service. Honda kept the car for two weeks. After getting it back, the same issue happened again within one week. We returned the car and asked for a replacement because it was clearly unreliable, but Honda refused to change the vehicle and insisted they would “fix it.” We gave them another chance they kept the car for another 1–2 weeks. Yet again, not even a week later, the car broke down while I was driving to work. The brakes nearly failed, creating a dangerous and terrifying situation. At that point, it was clear this car was unsafe. We returned to Honda once more and explained that we had never been able to enjoy this car due to constant mechanical failures. My mom even mentioned getting a lawyer. We were then helped by someone in service named Mike, and Honda kept the car for an entire month. Now, 60,000 miles later, the EXACT SAME PROBLEM is back. This proves Honda never fixed the root issue they only applied temporary repairs to get us out the door. Honda sold us a faulty vehicle, refused to replace it, and continues to avoid accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, a representative named Sayapa blamed us, saying it’s our fault because the car was used. That response was disrespectful, dismissive, and unacceptable, especially considering Honda is the one who sold us the defective car. This has been a frustrating, stressful, and unsafe experience. Honda failed us, misled us, and refused to make things right. We feel scammed and deeply disappointed. We will never recommend Honda to anyone.

I was hesitant to write this review, but since management asked for feedback, I'll share my experience to help others avoid the pitfalls with their sales team.You must be extremely vigilant, read every line of the paperwork, and be prepared to walk away. Do not accept any "mandatory" add-ons you did not request. Forced Unwanted Add-ons: After I clearly stated I wanted NO dealer add-ons, the provided quote still included Lojack and a "Protection" package for $3,300. Misleading Trade-in Handling: For my current lease vehicle (with all payments completed, lease will end on next month), their quote included a demand for $4,000 to cover so-called "depreciation" or an "equity gap." This is highly unusual. In a standard market transaction, a dealership would either refuse the trade-in transparently or charge a small processing fee if proceeding to make a new deal. This appeared to be an invented fee to inflate profit. I ended negotiations immediately. My advice: Scrutinize every line of their quote. If you see charges for "Lojack," "Protection Package," "Etch," etc., that you did not approve, question them firmly. Be prepared to walk out—there are honest dealers elsewhere.

Today I went with my daughter to get her car stereo unlocked MARK from Parts was Extremely Helpful. Wonderful young man he took his time to explain and was Very patience with the thousand questions I trew at him. During our visit to Honda he had a smile and asked us if there was anything else we needed. Excellent Customer Service. Next visit will look for to have him help us. Thanks Mark you’re The Best😃 Then there’s Juan Montes took the time to explain to us the procedure in making and activating a key. He explained the steps and approximation time since we didn’t have an Appointment. He even fixed the time on my car when he saw me struggling. Honda really needs more workers like Mark and Juan. Will Return and Recommend them to Family and Friends😃

I went in today just to get a spare key made for my car, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Mark from Parts and Juan Montes from Services — they absolutely saved the day. Mark went above and beyond explaining exactly what I needed to do after I had been completely misinformed by the Sales department. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help — something you don’t see often enough. Then there’s Juan — he was incredible. Even without an appointment, he took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and managed to get my car taken care of the same day. His professionalism and honesty stood out immediately. Employees like Mark and Juan are what make a dealership worth coming back to. They represent what real customer service should look like — knowledgeable, respectful, and truly there to help. I want to start by saying that Karen and Yuri were fantastic. They were patient and truly helped my wife and me find the perfect car. They even offered us multiple ways to structure the deal, including an option to use our own financing. However, the entire experience was ruined the moment Yousef stepped in. We explicitly told Yousef that we were exhausted from car shopping all day and were ready to head home, speak with our credit union, and return with a check. Instead of respecting our boundaries, he became incredibly aggressive and continued to pressure us. The breaking point was when I asked to take a photo of the "Out the Door" price so I could finalize things with my bank. Yousef literally snatched the documents away from me, claiming they were "Car Pros property," and told me he doesn't allow photos before walking away. It is disappointing that after Karen and Yuri did such a great job, a manager’s ego and aggressive tactics killed the deal. Yuri was kind enough to apologize for Yousef’s behavior, but the damage is done. I told them I would never step foot on this property again, and I meant it. If you value being treated with respect, I suggest going elsewhere.

Horrible experience after purchase of used vehicle. I purchased a used Honda accord which had a bad tire I pointed out after the test drive. I had agreed to take the car of they change the tire. They had agreed and never changed the tire. Ive been back to the dealer 3 times and service wants to charge me 300 for the tire change when I woulda never bought the car if they didnt tell me they would change the tire. These sales men will tell you they will take care of you but wont. I am currently in the dealership and 5 different employees have just asked me to move and wait somewhere else because they dont know how to help. Horrible experience. I wish I could give back the car and get my 3000 dollar down payment back. I added a video of how they delivered the car to my house thinking I wouldn't notice that they didnt deliver on their promise

I bought a Honda Accord hybrid in an extremely bad store. There were cracks on the side of the tire in only nine months. They were very happy when you bought a car, but when there was a problem, everyone avoided you. Their service staff was very average. He told me that I needed to pay $600 to replace it. There is no quality guarantee. They just don't deal with it. There is no guarantee for buying a car from them. They just want money. The maintenance is also very bad. When the air conditioner filter is replaced, the internal one is not replaced.
