I dropped my car off for fender repair. I was told it would be done in 3 days, was not done yet in 6 days, and no one was answering my calls. I decided to drive by to check the status and they said it was done. However, it wasnt done correctly and therefore needed another day ...which turned into 3 more days. When it was finally returned, my display screen inside my car was cracked and now needs to be replaced. What the heck, the repair was to the outside, why is a screen inside my car broken. They tried to disguise it by glueing a screen protector into the screen. It now has to be replaced...at my own expense, of course. I would say to avoid this place. The fender was repaired, and the staff is nice enough, but totally disappointed that I have an additional expense that was not even related to original repair.

It was a wonderful experience, my husband's car was hit in an accident and the insurance paid for the repair but we ask the shop to also repair the old rusted roof and paint the entire car. It took a few extra days because of the detail job they did but I can say that his 2008 Expedition just looks like brand new out of the dealer. I am recommending this shop to everyone I know. Great customer service and attention to details. Thank you.
