We had several dents and a crease on our new to us Ram 1500. They did a marvelous repair job on the entire bed side, matched the paint perfectly and kept to the original quote and timeline. They even did some nice touches like cleaning the tires and polishing the whole side. I also liked that they reached out during the process to tell us about progress. We have a second vehicle we plan to take to them soon. We highly recommend the Carfection Auto Body service.

Best body shop and customer service in Ventura county hands down. I had contacted multiple shops to get the tailgate and rear bumper fixed on my ram 2500, and every one made it seem like your just another customer with no rush or understanding to get your vehicle fixed and back to you as soon as possible. Jose worked with me and my timeline on getting my vehicle fixed and back to me within my timeframe. Showed up to my vehicle looking brand new again, and detailed which was much appreciated. I was recommended to Carfection by a local auto dealership after my wife's car was damaged by another driver. Since their insurance paid, I can't speak on price, only customer service and how the car looked when they got done. Passenger side front door and you can't tell it was in an accident. Our car was almost 10 years old and they did a great job blending in the new to old paint. Also, my wife took the car in, and she said Carlos did a great job explaining what needed to be done and kept us up to date on dealing with the other party's insurance and the progress on the car.
