Long story short - these folks are the BEST. I used My Garage to get my IID (interlock device) serviced for a period of a few months. They were efficient, polite, and extremely accommodating. It didn't matter if I had to squeeze in a service appointment late in the afternoon, the people at My Garage were always able to help me. They bend over backwards to help their customers. Even though I live in Thousand Oaks, I drove out to Oxnard every month to get my device serviced because I KNEW that these guys were gonna take the best care of me. This place is great! I tried several different places and always seemed to be disappointed for one reason or another until I was referred to My Garage. I found my home, Fernando the owner is fantastic, very knowledgeable and many years of experience. His wife and son make up the rest of the staff, they really are wonderful people and always a pleasure to deal with. Fernando and his son Alvaro have been our mechanic(s) for over 15 years! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They have had our, (my mom and I), backs every time we need help with one of our cars. They have been amazing at helping us with our budget and giving us choices of what is best to do in every car need we have had whether it be a: the car overheated, needed a smog check, new engine!, new transmission, time for a new old car, time for a new car, air conditioning, tune ups, and more than I can name! They are great at what they do and make jokes while you are with them! ðŸ˜ðŸ¤£ we appreciate it as life can weigh you down easily. We always recommend them and when our car needs to be towed it is always sent here for its repairs.
