I think Gary and Felicia run a good business and their intentions are there. But woth all businesses they have to rely on their staff. Car was supposed to be ready on Monday. Picked up car on Thursday. Punctuality counts. Car looks good. They do good work. Detail person could do s better job washing the car. I will always bring my car to Fix-it on Lambert. I feel they take constructive criticism well. Gary wants to make his business as best as possible.
