I trusted Carlos Auto Repair with my vehicle for what should've been a routine fix. My car ended up in their shop for 14 days and when I picked it up, I discovered that all my belongings from the trunk and backseat were missing. That included important items like my Social Security card. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he showed zero concern, made no attempt to help, and didn't investigate or take responsibility. I even filed a police report, but still received no support from the shop. I will never return to Carlos Auto Repair, and I urge others to reconsider before trusting them with their property. Cars are personal and when a repair shop disregards your loss and refuses accountability, that says everything.
