I am so thankful to have Firestone down the street from our house. Everyone in there has made me feel welcomed and take the time to explain to me things I have no idea about. Anthony is my go-to guy, he’s always helpful always very informative, and is a great vibe, he assures of any time frames for my vehicle, and recommends me the best services I may need, he hooked me up with a great deal on tires, and walks me through with any oil changes with the best oil. Came in for having a nail in my tire, greeted me with respect and enthusiasm and reassured they would take care of it. They had an hour and 20 mins left until close and ensured they would get it done before closing. No charge, just great work and patch on the tire. Truly appreciate these guys and recommend highly!

My son owns a Chevrolet cruise bought in on the 11th of December 2025,we new we had issues with the car and started a process of elimination towards getting it fixed.A dionostic was done as issue were displayed instantly, work was done that was a priority but not as much as the major issue at hand. When leaving the the Firestone at 1120 North Hamilton road the car ran worse then the issue at hand.The manager Mr.Kyle was called as he listen very closely to detail and heard where the problem could have been and asked to bring the car back. Not only did he refund us back during such a financial hardship, but he was honest and didn't continue to rope us in. Thank you Firestone for listen and helping your customer with honesty and integrity - It goes a long way and ill continue to bring my vehicles to the Firestone on 1120 north Hamilton rd. I have been going to this Firestone since I moved to San Diego last year. without fail, jason and anthony have provided excellent care for my cars and tires. its important to me to know people who provide services are putting me in their best interest, and I feel that jason does a great job of that. Really great customer service. Greeted nearly the second I got out my car at 3:30pm, even though they close at 6pm they told me they could fit me in for a same day alignment and tire balance. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. There was definitely upselling but Gabriel explained the reasons for choosing between the different options as well as potential discounts associated with them. In the end I got upsold but I’m not unhappy about it. They did a fantastic job with my alignment and tire balance and provided a printout of the numbers and angles. Definitely taking my car back for any alignment needs

I had a great experience with Jason and his team. I had called before I came in to ask about their three-year alignment special, and Jason was very nice over the phone and explained everything to me as well. He told me I could come in whenever and they would take care of me and get me in and out in under 90 minutes. I was there for about an hour. I had also asked him if he could give me a before, and after numbers of the alignment metrics, and they also provided me with that, which was really reassuring as well. I would definitely go back and visit Jason and his team for any other service as well.
